Downhill is often harder than uphill I find. It definitely kills the knees and shins. Both ways have their challenges buy I prefer to walk uphill and then cable car back down if it's an option

Yeah, me too when it's there. I find my thighs and knees get it worst on the way down but not too noticeable till the next day then I'm like ouch!!
