Holaaaaa mis queridos lectores de Hive, en el día de hoy, vengo super emocionada a contarles mis cortas vacaciones en la playa, las cuales fueron en el parque Nacional Morrocoy, declarado en mayo de 1974, constituido por 14 cayos, ubicado en Venezuela, Estado Falcón, población de Chichiriviche y Tucacas.
Hello my dear Hive readers, today I am very excited to tell you about my short vacation at the beach, which was in the Morrocoy National Park, declared in May 1974, made up of 14 keys, located in Venezuela, Falcon State, in the towns of Chichiriviche and Tucacas.
Les cuento que tenía 3 años sin ir a la playa, me sentí afortunada, porque es maravilloso invertir nuestro tiempo en las actividades que nos hacen feliz y con personas encantadoras.

En esta oportunidad visité 3 cayos y les hablaré sobre mi experiencia.
This time I visited 3 keys and I will tell you about my experience.
Viajamos por tierra desde el Estado Táchira hasta el Estado Falcón, Chichiriviche, un pequeño pueblo, del que me enamoro cada vez que visito, sus habitantes son tan serviciales y sonrientes, para ellos lo importante es servir a los turistas y hacerlos sentir como en casa.
We traveled overland from Táchira State to Falcón State, Chichiriviche, a small town, which I fall in love with every time I visit, its inhabitants are so helpful and smiling, for them the important thing is to serve tourists and make them feel at home.
Me hospedé en la posada de “Don Andrés” ubicada en Ciudad Flamingo, a unos minutos del muelle donde embarcamos para ir a los cayos, nos levantamos muy temprano porque como era temporada alta en turistas, las playas estaban full y la idea era tomar un buen puesto, para poder disfrutar del espectacular paisaje.
I stayed at the "Don Andres" inn located in Flamingo City, a few minutes from the pier where we went to the keys, we got up very early because as it was high tourist season, the beaches were full and the idea was to take a good spot, to enjoy the spectacular scenery.
En el 1er día nos trasladamos de la posada hacia el muelle, para poder tomar nuestras lanchas e irnos a cayo sombrero, el recorrido en lancha, duró aproximadamente 40 minutos, a mar abierto y con olas un poco fuertes, ya que el día estaba lluvioso, con frío, se podrán imaginar, yo temblaba, pero no iba a tapar mi traje de baño, así que solo llevaba el salvavidas, y mis empanadas de pollo que había comprado antes de embarcar, en unos kiosquitos en el pueblo
On the 1st day we moved from the lodge to the dock, to be able to board our boats and go to Cayo sombrero, the boat ride lasted about 40 minutes, open sea and a little strong waves, as the day was rainy, cold, you can imagine, I was shivering, but I was not going to cover my bathing suit, so I only had my life jacket, and my chicken empanadas that I had bought before boarding, in some kiosks in the village.

Feliz saludé al mar y por supuesto agradecí por llegar bien, pasamos a ubicarnos y quedamos con el lanchero que nos recogiera a las 5:00 PM, no había sol, pero eso no afectó nuestro disfrutar, hasta horas de mediodía, ¡salió! ese resplandor llamado sol, solecito, nos animamos muchos más, y a bañarnos nos fuimos, luego almorzamos pescadito frito con patacón, porque no hay nada más delicioso, que sentarse a la orilla de la playa con tu buen pescado y una bebida bien fría, algunos quedamos como con hambre 😆, el pescado era pequeño así que compramos mariscos con langosta, ufff, una maravilla de comida de mar, los vendedores eran pobladores de la zona, pescada y preparada por ellos mismos.
Happy I greeted the sea and of course I thanked for arriving well, we went to locate us and we stayed with the boatman to pick us up at 5:00 PM, there was no sun, but that did not affect our enjoyment, until noon hours, it came out! That glow called sun, sunshine, we encouraged many more, and we went for a swim, then we had lunch fried fish with patacon, because there is nothing more delicious than sitting on the edge of the beach with your good fish and a cold drink, some were like hungry 😆 the fish was small so we bought seafood with lobster, ufff, a wonder of seafood, the vendors, were locals, fished and prepared by themselves.
Reposamos un ratico, aunque los niños no paraban, ellos seguían disfrutando, al llegar las 3:00 PM, fuimos a caminar por el cayo donde vimos unas palmas super altas, reconocidas en este cayo por ser bellas, así que no podía faltar las fotos, y siiii muchas fotos, les cuento que cayo sombrero es uno de los cayos preferidos por los turistas por su agua transparente y su arena amarillita espectacular, donde puedes ver tus piecitos al sumergirte.
We rested for a while, although the children did not stop, they were still enjoying, at 3:00 PM, we went for a walk along the key where we saw some super tall palms, recognized in this key for being beautiful, so we could not miss the photos, and siiii many photos, I tell you that sombrero key is one of the favorite keys for tourists for its clear water and spectacular yellow sand, where you can see your little feet when you dive.
Al transcurrir el día llegaban y llegaban muchos turistas, de todas partes, algunos en lanchas otros en yates y se instalaban, con música, bebidas y hasta parrillita, yo feliz, al ver tanta felicidad y disfrute junto, me tomé una rica piña colada, es lo que me encanta de ir a la playa, que puedo disfrutarlas bajo el calorcito, la garganta se refresca de una manera indescriptible, se siente divino.
As the day went by, many tourists arrived and arrived from everywhere, some in boats, others in yachts and settled down, with music, drinks and even barbecue, I was happy to see so much happiness and enjoyment together, I drank a delicious piña colada, that's what I love about going to the beach, I can enjoy them under the heat, the throat is refreshed in an indescribable way, it feels divine.
Llegaron las 5:00 PM, recogimos nuestras cosas y al muelle a esperar al señor Dany, que por cierto era el dueño de la lancha que nos trasladó ese día, retornando al muelle a las 6:00 PM, algo agotados por el sol, nos dirigimos a la posada, en lo personal a descansar, otros a meterse en la piscina y seguir con su celebración, la cena de ese día para mí, fue cereal con leche, no soy de cenar mucho y pues tampoco me provocaba comer otra cosa, bastante había comido en el cayo, mi cuerpo debería de verse bien para el siguiente día 😂, pero no soy de hacer dietas, solo me cuido un poco, para sentirme bien conmigo misma.
It was 5:00 PM, we gathered our things and went to the dock to wait for Mr. Dany, who by the way was the owner of the boat that transported us that day, returning to the dock at 6:00 PM, somewhat exhausted by the sun, we went to the inn: 00 PM, somewhat exhausted by the sun, we headed to the lodge, personally to rest, others to get in the pool and continue with their celebration, dinner that day for me, was cereal with milk, I'm not much dinner and I was not provoked to eat anything else, I had eaten enough on the key, my body should look good for the next day 😂, but I'm not a dieter, I just take care a little, to feel good about myself.
Dia 2: visita a Cayo Pescadores, de nuevo emocionados y levantaditos tempranito, todos con nuestras empanaditas, nos fuimos al cayo, este es más de 40 minutos de traslado, reconocido por ser una lagunita con pocas olas y bajita, así que por los niños poca preocupación, es importante llevar buenos zapatos de usar en agua, para poder caminar hasta las ruinas, ese cayo es resplandeciente con el sol que hace, sus aguas cristalinas que hace notar un paisaje estupendo, es que no sé ni como describirlo, por lo lindo que es, este cayo es muy frecuentado por yates, por supuesto no pudo faltar el pescadito frito y una cocada bien fría, se preguntaran qué es una “cocada” y les diré que es una bebida donde el coco es el principal ingrediente y es riquísimo, no pudieron faltar las fotos y los mariscos. Retomando de nuevo la lancha hacia el muelle, llegamos a la posada, pero alistarnos, para irnos al malecón, lugar donde está el muelle, con ventas de comida de todo tipo, música en vehículos de temporadistas y ventas de accesorios, para llevar a tus seres queridos o recuerdos por tu visita.
Day 2: visit to Cayo Pescadores, again excited and up early, all with our empanaditas, we went to the key, this is more than 40 minutes of transfer, recognized for being a small lagoon with few waves and low, so for children little concern, it is important to wear good shoes to use in water, to walk to the ruins, This key is resplendent with the sun that makes, its crystal clear waters that makes you notice a great landscape, I do not even know how to describe it, for how beautiful it is, this key is very frequented by yachts, of course could not miss the fried fish and a cold cocada, you may wonder what is a "cocada" and I will tell you that it is a drink where the coconut is the main ingredient and it is delicious. , We could not miss the pictures and the seafood. Taking the boat back to the pier, we arrived at the inn, but we got ready to go to the boardwalk, place where the pier is, with food sales of all kinds, music in vehicles of seasonal visitors and sales of accessories, to take your loved ones or souvenirs for your visit.
Cenamos en el malecón, Yo un patacón relleno de todo lo que había, con una agüita mineral para el calor, luego de postre un rico helado relleno de crema con parchita, riquísimo elaborado por su dueña, la señora María, allí estuvimos viendo y sintiendo el ambiente, más o menos hasta las 12 de la medianoche nos fuimos a la posada a descansar para retomar nuestro siguiente y ultimo día de playa.
We had dinner on the boardwalk, I had a patacon filled with everything there was, with a mineral water for the heat, then for dessert a rich ice cream filled with cream and parchita, delicious prepared by its owner, Mrs. Maria, there we were watching and feeling the atmosphere, more or less until 12 midnight we went to the inn to rest to resume our next and last day at the beach.
Dia 3: Cayo Sal, reconocido por sus fuertes olas y su banana para pasar un buen rato con los panas y morir de risa, ese cayo es espectacular, reconocido por tener una laguna de sal, que cuando llega el verano y se va secando la laguna, convierte una espumita que forma piedras de sal y al solo lavarla con agua dulce ya puedes usarla para consumo, anteriormente era refinada por empresas para proceder a su venta, pero ya no, lo que más me encantó de este cayo fue el orden, la limpieza y la pulcritud que se veía, los vendedores todos estaban uniformados, se veían bonitos, la señora que brinda el servicio de masajes y las trenzas de cabello, en la orilla de la playa, con su piel morena, cabello trenzado, alta y acuerpada, muy particular, con esos masajes, que me causaban era risa, en la manera de ella hablar y tener ese sentido venezolano de felicidad, sacarle sonrisas a los temporadistas, ella decía que los masajes, eran para relajar el cuerpo, que tu esposa o esposo, quedaba como nuevo, para una noche de pasión, pero luego de los masajes lo más importante era irse a bañar en las aguas termales de la laguna de sal y quedaba como nuevecito, y yo pienso que tiene toda la razón, aunque no probé sus masajes, 1 de mis compañeros de viaje lo hizo y bueno hasta su cara cambió 😅 cayo sal; es el único cayo que tiene una capilla, con la virgencita del Valle, pues cuentan los pobladores, que aunque no se conoce en qué año fue construida, se trata de unos margariteños que llegaron a vivir en la zona y llevaron con ellos una piedrita con la virgencita del valle y se encargaron de elaborar esta pequeña capilla, super linda y acogedora, ha sido visitada 2 veces por obispos, y hasta matrimonios han realizado.
Day 3: Cayo Sal, known for its strong waves and its banana to have a good time with friends and die laughing, this spectacular key. known for having a salt lagoon, that when the summer comes and the lagoon dries out, turns a foam that forms stones of salt and just wash it with fresh water and you can use it for consumption, previously it was refined by companies to proceed to its sale, but no longer, what I loved most about this cay was the order, cleanliness and neatness that was seen, the vendors were all uniformed, they looked nice, the lady who provides the massage service and hair braids, on the edge of the beach, with her brown skin, braided hair, tall and tall, very particular, with those massages, which caused me to laugh, in the way she spoke and had that Venezuelan sense of happiness, making the tourists smile, she said that the massages were to relax the body, that your wife or husband, was like new, but after the massages, the most important thing was to take a bath in the thermal waters of the salt lagoon and you would be as good as new, and I think she is absolutely right, although I did not try her massages, one of my travel companions did it and even his face changed 😅 cayo sal; It is the only key that has a chapel with the Virgin of the Valley, because the villagers say that although it is not known in what year it was built, it is about some Margaritans who came to live in the area and took with them a pebble with the Virgin of the Valley and were responsible for developing this small chapel, super nice and cozy, has been visited twice by bishops, and even marriages have been performed.
Que más les puedo contar, creo que en el texto, expresé, como les dije anteriormente toda mi emoción, fueron 3 días de pura felicidad en la playa, yo me regresé a mi tierrita más enamorada que nunca del parque Nacional, estoy cada día convencida de las maravillas y bondades de Venezuela y los Venezolanos son algo inigualable, les recomiendo que si no han visitado los cayos, es algo que no se pueden perder por nada del mundo, ese reencuentro con la naturaleza es única para hacer turismo, a mí me emociona tanto ir a la playa que me regreso recargada y por supuesto bronceadita. Así que no se lo pueden perder de ir a visitar el Parque Nacional Morrocoy.
