Hi everyone on Hive!
This is my second post after an introduction about myself. I would like to tell you all about Huong river and its riverside park.
Hue city is my hometown where I have lived since I was born. It is a very peaceful and clean city. The population is only about 400.000 people so it is not too busy. Hue is also an old capital of Vietnam from 19th to 20th century.
Huong river flows through this city and creates nice river banks where people often do exercise in the morning. Huong river begins from Bach Ma mountain and ends at Tam Giang lagoon. Recently, people are very happy with new renovation of riverside parks by local authority. Fresh air from the river and green trees attract local people in the morning, including me.
There are many trees and green grass on the riverside. Moreover, many kinds of flowers are grown and their smells raise my spirit for a new day. Indeed, I always feel more energetic after a run in the morning.
In a good weather day, sunrise on Huong river is very impressive and I can not wait to take this moment of a day.
Not only me but also other local find the early morning as a good time for exercise. In Thuong Bac park, there are many elders and children work out in team. Some of them turn on music for their cardio dance. The sound from music can not take the peace of the morning away.
I often run around one hour in the long park alone, sometimes with my father. It is a good activity to start a day. I feel I can work harder after this good treat in the morning. After the run in the north side of the park. I cross Truong Tien Bridge and the view on this is so nice.
Truong Tien Bridge is a highlight of Hue City. It was built by French with design of Eiffel. I think you can find his design in these pictures.
My hometown is quiet as people here. And it is one reason why I love this. When the sun is higher, the grass is greener. So it is the time for me to stand and smell the dew on grass. I love this moment standing in front of Huong river and enjoy spectacular view.
As a girl, I am so grateful to the youth, health from my parents and the energy from this land. So with Hue, it is not only a historic city but also a green city where people can live healthier, live with passion and love.
Thank you for reading my post and I would like to welcome you all to Hue, to my hometown and have a run in the morning to live fully with this peaceful and beautiful city. The city where people live with their authentic, see the local live their lives and see green grows in our souls.
