I still cant ad the pinmapple code
is there a faqs page or something to explain the terminology of hive I want to get more involved in this platform

If you go to https://pinmapple.com you'll see a little FAQ section underneath the top search bar.

But in short:

• You click 'get code'
• Click anywhere on the map
• Copy the generated code in the body of your post, it'll look something like this:
  [//]:# (!pinmapple -16.766312 lat -2.436274 long d3scr)

After that you'll get a comment from @pinmapple verifying it's pinned succesfully!
