Hello everyone, welcome to the second part of our visit to the stunning Kampo Uno Mountain Resort in Camp 1, Maramag, Bukidnon.
I am supposed to blog about another travel we had a few days ago but I could not move on without sharing with you more of the photos taken during our stay at Kampo Uno Mountain Resort.
Again it was quite a long travel from Cagayan de Oro City (about 3 hours) but good enough because the following day we will be visiting our home place also which is only about 30 minutes travel from Camp 1.
The journey was smooth hassle-free, there was no long traffic or any problem with our vehicles (3 cars) so we were able to arrive on time.
The resort was like a hidden place. If you look at it from the outside you will never expect something spectacular inside. Maybe it’s the reason why some of my friends who live near the area didn’t get the chance to stay there overnight. We were lucky being a resident of a distant place were able to stay there overnight and glad we did it with the whole family.
It was my daughter who searched on the internet weeks before we visited the place. She was actually looking for a beautiful place to stay as our way to relax and unwind. Good that classes just ended during that time and my wife had her 5 days’ vacation just to be able to be with us.
I can say that guests will only appreciate the place when they get inside. They have this dramatic entrance with all those flowers decorated with artificial butterflies which our two little boys (3 years old) took and played.
We were just worried the management might charge us with all those butterflies being uprooted and damaged. Fortunately, we were able to return the butterflies to their place before we leave the place.
Anyway, when you get inside you will be amazed by the view, you are in fact in front of a beautiful mountain such that when you are swimming in their infinity pool you are like in a pond in the middle of the forest or in a river surrounded by mountains.
(This is my family my wife and 5 kids with their grandmother and my daughter's fiance)
The area is not really that big, maybe it’s the reason why they offer the place exclusive to families. Although their rooms which is included in the package can accommodate more than 30 people. The maximum number of guests is 20 and will just pay 150 pesos (3$) per head in excess.
The swimming pool is not really big also but more than enough for families. My kids really had a good time playing in the pool and us taking pictures. We had hundreds of photos taken in that place that is why I am doing my best to create this blog so I can share more.
Overall I really recommend the place for relaxation. It is a total escape from the busy days in the city.
So if I am asked if I will visit the place again? My answer would be YES!
All Photos are mine.
KEEP SAFE AND GOD BLESS!
