| Už pár týdnů jsem byla domluvená s kolegou z práce, že ho zasvětím do tajů skialpinismu a v sobotu nastal ten den. Předpověď hlásila na Pradědu -1°, takže jsme doufali, že tam na nás nějaký sníh ještě zbyl. Navíc mělo být polojasno, takže nás neodradila ani hrozba silného větru. | I have agreed with a colleague of mine to take him for a skitouring trip and last Saturday was the day. According to the weather forecast, Praděd, which is the highest mountain of Jeseníky mountain range, was supposed to be with a strong wind but sun and -1°C. |

| Náš plán byl vyšlápnout si z Vidlí na Praděd, ale když jsme uviděli sněhovou situaci v lese, zamáčkli jsme slzu a spěchali na autobus na Hvězdě, který nás vyvezl na Ovčárnu. Tam jsme se za docela silného větru a mrazu připravili a vyrazili jsme směr Vysoká hole. Vítr byl tak silný, že jsem ani neměla na to sahat do kapsy pro mobil a udělat fotky. Vylezli jsme na Vysokou holi a sníh byl tak namrzlý, že když pořádně fouklo, nekontrolovatelně jsem se na lyžích řítila, kam jsem nechtěla. Sjeli jsme si kopec, nijak jsme si u toho neublížili, dole v lese jsme si dali svačinu a vyšlápli si to zpět nahoru. Ještěže svítilo sluníčko. Další pauza následovala na Ovčárně, kde jsme se domluvili, že vylezeme ještě na ten Praděd. | Our plan was to go up from a village called Vidly up to the mountain but when we were arriving and saw how little snow there was in the forest, we have changed our mind and took a bus to an area which is just below Praděd. Being accompanied by a strong wind and freezing, we got ready and set off in the direction of Vysoká hole (a mountain just opposite to Praděd). The wind was so strong that I didn´t feel like taking my mobile out of my pocket to take photos (which is quite a pity as the view was really nice). We reached the top and the snow was so frozen and icy that when there was a stronger blow of the wind, it was pushing me down the hill with no control. We went down the hill, enjoyed it a bit (I was still a bit scared and careful), had some small snack down in the forest and went up again. The sun was shining, which was quite positive. We had another break with hot tea in a restaurant near our bus stop. There we agreed to go up to Praděd. |

| Cesta nahoru byla fajn, dokonce i sníh nebyl tak zmrzlý, těšila jsem se na sjezd. Ještě mě ale čekal vrchol a s ním i krásná panoramata. | The way up was quite fine, the snow was not frozen so much, I was looking forward to the donwhill. Still, there was the peak waiting for me as well as the wonderful views which we had. |
