So beautiful landscape, as far as I can see from your post here... :) I have never been to this place, although it could not be any problem to visit it maybe one of the next times I go to the eastern part of Europe.
It is an amazing place to visit. Transalpina and Transfagarasan, two roads in Romania crossing on points at over 2000m altitude. Stunning landscapes, and the Transfagarasan highway is considered to be one of the most beautiful roads in the world.
There are more than a few stunning places in Romania to visit if you ever decide to travel the Eastern Europe.
It is indeed breathtaking. Watched the video now too, so cute the donkeys there on the road :) but the views and all that green landscape are amazing. Actually, I thought this is a part of Transylvania, but is it? Trying to figure it out on the map...
Yes, the northern half of Transalpina is in Southern Transilvania.
The road crosses the Carpathians Mountains from Transilvania (Sibiu) to the southern area (Novaci).
The donkeys are friendly and are used with tourists petting them. Too bad I have only videos but not photos with the donkeys.
They are really lovely.
I love flying drones; that is why I thought that the videos might add value to the post, and I am so glad you like it. Thank you again!Thank you @timoremoti, I really appreciate it.
