Working 5 days a week is so exhausting so as a team we decided of launching a team building to de-stress and unwind before we will separate ways as we will be distributed to different team leaders after we finish our nesting period.
It's been two months since I started working in my new company. I meet a lot of new colleagues that become good friends and during this time, many good memories happened that I will always treasure. One of those things is that we go to one of the most visited places in South Cebu by many tourists this summer season.
Lambug Beach is located in Barangay Lambug, Badian, Cebu. From the Cebu South bus at the terminal in Cebu City, it will take 3-4 hours approximately to get here by bus but if you have your service it will just be 3 hours of travel. There is 45 PHP or $.80 per head entrance and a 50-150 PHP or $.89- $2.67 for vehicle entrance. If you wanted to sleep over, they also have nice rooms with very affordable rates. In addition to that, you don't have to worry about kitchen utensils because some accommodations also have them there and it's free to use and you only have to bring extra if you come many. Moreover, they have a small sari-sari store where you can buy things if you missed something to bring.
Lambug Beach is known for its clear blue warm water and peaceful atmosphere. It's nice that they also allow tourists to bring equipment like tents and permit them to sleep overnight unlike other beaches. Some offer accommodation and tours to some of the near Islands for snorkeling.
Anyway, our team building was so simple we don't have fancy food and drinks because our budget at that time was tight so only have to contribute well enough to cover the getaway but what make it so fun and special to me is the pleasure we had during the game that our trainer hosted and at night time when we had our heart-to-heart talk with life and work.
During our stay a total of one day and one night, I felt it was a very worth it experience because, to be honest, I still hesitated at first because I don't know why whenever I have work when team building is talked about, most of the idea for the venues are usually South Cebu and because I'm from there I seem to lose my excitement most of the time but I was wrong this time, it's not the place but the people that go along that brings joy and build teamwork which makes it comfortable and easy in terms of work because of the event.
Truly a breathtaking Badian it was a great memory to cherish since starting today we will be distributed to our designated new team and hopefully looking forward to new great new sets of friends.

Great to see you having fun with your new workmates Laica! Lambug Beach seems to become more modernized than before, right? From your photos, it has definitely improved but hopefully they can still preserve its beauty in the future.
Thanks, @indayclara you were right that's one of the reasons I was almost against the decision because I thought Lambug is the same as when I was there before but since I can see beautiful posts from friends on social media I thought maybe it's improved now and yes it was but it seems not all natural already I think they made some big improvement. Anyhow, we had fun there it's just that we stayed very far from the entrance so we have to walk far to take those photos.
Lageh. I can feel bitaw its becoming commercialized so I stay away from these places na especially since naka laag naman ko dnhi before.
