I live in Los Teques, a small town that is approximately 30-40 minutes away from the capital city of Venezuela, Caracas. Many people from my city and I include myself make life in Caracas, particularly I do my university studies there and I get to go 2-3 times a week.
On Thursday I left very early as usual to the university, and at noon I returned home; upon arrival my brother asked me if I wanted to accompany him and my sister-in-law to buy to see some things for December gifts for their children, to which I agreed without any problem because I had nothing to do in the afternoon.
We walked along the Boulevard of Sabana Grande and entered the City Market where you can find all kinds of technological equipment. Specifically we were looking for a tablet and although there was a variety we did not find any that fit what we were looking for because it exceeded the budget they had. We went into several stores, compared prices and after two hours we were very hungry and none of us had lunch.
My brother had his eye on a street food stall that became very popular for selling pepitos (a shin type bread that is filled with meats, vegetables and sauces) of two meters, yes just as you read, two meters hahaha.
It is located in Plaza Venezuela, near the SENIAT, and has another location in El Paraíso, from what they told us they will also open other stalls in Los Palos Grandes and one in San Antonio de los Altos (near Los Teques). If I can tell you that it is very busy, many people come to buy to take away or eat there and they are usually groups of more than 3 people.
At Caracas Burger they sell hamburgers, hot dogs and pepitos. Some of the names they give to each of the food dishes are quite funny as some of them have something related to popular series like La Casa de Papel and popular songs. We decided to order a 38 cm pepito that said it was for two people, but there were 3 of us and we took a chance.
When the pepito was ready and they didn't deliver it, we really didn't know where to start, it was gigantic and it was wrapped in paper so we had to start taking it off and we lasted for a while since there were several layers. It was an explosion of flavors, it was 10/10; the meat was juicy and soft, it had a lot of yellow cheese (I love it), the vegetables were fresh, and for two people the three of us were satisfied.
We spent almost $20 for the pepito and three soft drinks, a bit pricey but it was definitely worth it for the amount of ingredient it had, we would go again without thinking about it. It is very well located just like their other location and is an excellent place if you don't know where to go, here you can head to Caracas Burguer Instagram.
After we ate we walked around the square right in front of Caracas Burger there were some food trucks and we took some pictures while they were picking us up.

The Pepito does it taste like yoghurt.. from the picture, it looks like meat or shawarma.
Yoghurt? Really? hahaha.
Yes, it is true in the photo it looks like shawarma because of the meat on top, but for me it was decorative.
