Good day hivers! This is @michelleeeeys from the "Queen City" of the south Cebu, City, Philippines. Are you ready to see and hear sounds of the waves and the beautiful colors from sky? Get ready to witness the amazing beach in Lagbangan Eco Park at San Antonio Northern Samar.
Another day, another adventure awaits. This adventure will really stay into my memory, its' one of my core memories. When I was on my high school years, I have a best friend named April and she is one of my favorite friends because we have so many similarities. We are so tied up to each other but one day when we are about to enter senior high school years, we have to part ways because her father will be assigned to another place for his work. When I hear that news, I was so sad because she is my best friend, we shared so many memories, but I realized that as we grow older, we have to part ways in order to grow separately. Even though we can grow emotionally together but its' for the best because she has an illness also. In order for her to survive, her father should work hard to support the needs of his child.
Even though we are apart from each other we still have connection or communication, we did use the technology or the smartphones to have an instant communication with each other. We do chat, message, and calls so we still have bonding. But as time goes by, when I enroll to college, I am so very busy, and I don't have much time to spend time to have a chat with her. Because of the busy schedule we still did manage our time to have a connection to each other.
One day, my mom said she also missed April so by hearing that I was touched because my mom also missed her. Even my mom missed my best friends so do I, I really miss her. My mom said that I should visit her in Samar, my eyes widened because I can't believe that words come out from her mouth! So, I responded to my mom "Are you sure? I don't have any penny" and she lend her hands with money. I was about to cry but then I remembered that I should hurry so that I have enough to have a bonding with my best friend.
I called my best friends to let her know that I am going to visit her in Samar. When she knew that I'll be visiting her at her place, she became excited. When I arrived at her place she hugged me instantly, after how many years we really did hug each other I am so excited to experience my new adventure here in Samar with my best friend.
They lived near in a beach and of course as a beach lover girlie. I did not let this opportunity pass; I took many pictures of the place. We did roam around in the beach, it's like my eyer were sparkling because there are so many things to be amazed.
I really can't believe that I am finally here, this island looks so amazing, the road and the tress. All of these are beautiful, and I am so happy to be here. Thanks to my mom she let me experience all of this. This island has many spots to take a wonderful picture.
Then beach here is so beautiful and I want to live here for real. I don't want to go home; the water is so calm and relaxing. While I was enjoying the view, me and my best friend talked about our lives, having deep conversation with her feels like old times when we are still in high school days.
While we are walking these shells caught my attention, I took a picture because it's so beautiful.
There is also like a bridge there, where you can go to the small shed, and you can also see the view of the beach. The view of the beach from there was truly amazing.
I did really enjoy our bonding with my best friend, even though some of our experience in the island was not filmed or does not have a picture. All of those will be engraved to my heart and it was one of my core memories with her.
My heart was so happy after how many years, we did finally see each other and not just that we are also in a wonderful place. Our friendship will never be forgotten. Even though we are far from each other, I will always support her no matter what happens and when she will go to Cebu, I will be the first one to fetch her at the airport someday.
After we wander around the beach, we go back to their house. As we walked slowly and at the same time we are watching the beautiful sky, tomorrow I'll be heading home because I still have a class. Just like sunset, beautiful has an ending but tomorrow will be better.
When the sun rise up, I told my best friend that I will be going home because I still have a class. I can see in her face that she wanted to cry but I told her that I will still visit her if I have vacant and if my mom will give me money. She laughs at me because she knows that I will cry also if I am on my way home. She really is my best friend; she knows me better than anyone else.
As I go home, the memories were made from this island will stays at my memory. Those bonding we had will strengthen our friendship, we will always be friends no matter what happen.
