Hello wanderers! It's me Marinel, (minelwanders20) back with another travel blog story. I think you noticed already that most of my blog is about travel, it's just that I love to travel so much. Not just me but also my family. This is our way to bond with each other, to freshen our minds also from the stressful things that life brings. 😅 For my blog today, I am sharing with you our best time here in Molobolo Spring - Tuburan Cebu.
By the way this trip is planned by our family, from Titas and Titos down to my cousins. So it's like a whole barangay going to this trip, since I have a lot of relatives. 🤣 On our way to our destination, we brought our own cars for better accessibility and convenience. We brought four vehicles or cars to accommodate everyone. We also had a lot of things that needs to bring since this trip is overnight. For reference, if you want to go here and don't have a car, you can also took a bus going to Tuburan from the Southbus Terminal Cebu.
When we arrived at the beach, we quickly prepared for our lunch since the long drive had left us starving. It was already past noon, so we were more than ready to eat. Good thing, we brought cooked dishes and rice, so there was no need to prepare anything on site. Everyone gathered around, excited to dig in while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the place. The combination of delicious food, good company, and the soothing sound of the waves made it a perfect start to our beach getaway.
After we ate our lunch, we took a couple of minutes to rest and later on we cannot resist the beautiful spring and took our dive. It was a perfect timing as we were already feeling the heat from the midday sun. The moment we dove into the spring, it was incredibly refreshing. The cool-clear water immediately washed away the warmth, leaving us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
What makes the place even more amazing is its flowing water that never stagnates, as it streams directly to the sea. The water is incredibly clean, refreshingly cool, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. The spring's soothing effect was exactly what we needed to beat the heat. It was the perfect moment and place for a swim, making us appreciate the calming and revitalizing beauty of nature even more.
It was already getting dark, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our swim. In fact, we loved it even more as the water felt cooler and refreshing. We had fun chatting and bonding with my cousins, laughing and sharing stories about life. Time flew by as we played games in the water, completely forgetting about the chill in the air and the surroundings.
We really enjoyed the night. We did a lot of activities to make ourselves entertained. The laughter and joy made the moment unforgettable, turning the evening into a perfect bonding experience. Later, we decided to take a rest and call it a night sinch it's already past in the midnight.
When we woke up, the tide was low, and the sea had receded far away. Since it was our last day, we decided to take pictures of the place while waiting for the tide to rise again. The locals mentioned it would take about 1-2 hours for the water to return. Swimming wasn't an option yet as the sea was too far, and walking there felt exhausting. So, we made the most of the moment by enjoying the scenery.
We looked for another beautiful spot nearby for more memorable photos. Just in front of our cottage, we found an instagramable area filled with lush greenery. It was stunning to look at, with vibrant plants creating a peaceful ambiance. We realized this spot would be submerged once the tide rose again. Imagining how the water would cover this lush area added a unique perspective to its beauty.
It felt special capturing this moment, knowing it would soon transform when the sea reclaimed it's depth, making the memory even more remarkable.
That's it for today's blog, I hope you are all well today and taking your time spending it with you family. Till next time, Ciao! 😘

I've been there many times, ma'am @minelwanders20, and my experience is also amazing. Their freshwater pool is truly cold, and they also have a freshwater pool for kids. 😊
Yes po. Very convenient for all. Want to go back here again. 😊
I've been there 1 time before and it was really fun despite not knowing how to swim. Even if it was really far from where I live, the long journey was worth it. I hope to experience it again.
Me too. 🤗 I really want to go back here real soon. The overnight journey is not enough 😅
