But I've got really nostalgic about this "Look at those steps, and imagine how many students used it over the 110 years the high school exists. Those are the original stone steps."
It's been some time and even more time since I first started school, first grade. And then the other year and other until we were out of the University. It feels like ages but I have in my mind those stone steps that you mentioned as well that we had in gimnazial school. And how many memories and laughs and cries. I feel old, I feel that life passes very quickly...I miss many things and moments from the childhood and sometimes I just wish to leave forever. Is just me with these thoughts? I love to be! LOL. I feel like laughing and crying in the same time 😂😭
Looks like I'm not the only one paying attention to worn stairs and think of the meaning 😃 Transylvania has a lot of old buildings with worn stairs :P
Yeah, school years, of all levels. Even the top ones, some of which were pretty tough, but still fun. I think we all miss things from the past especially because we know those years are gone forever and will never return. This is why we have to enjoy the present, every minute of it.
I do think of its meaning, always filled with memories and feelings as well.. Yesterday I've just seen this quote saying "today its gone forever"....I always get nostalgic when I'm deeply thinking about time, you know? I feel that the old we get, the more nostalgic it gets 😌
