Nestled in the hidden corner of Tabogon, Barangay Salag has awe-inspiring sights, which boast an unparalleled combination of natural beauty, from a scented fresh air that your lungs inspire, from the green mountain ranges that will enhance your eye sights, and also the mirrored blue sea that brings a cold breeze to the land.

Fasten yourself as we continue to go to our destination, and indulged in the beauty that hides within the hidden corner of the Municipality of Tabogon.
Since today is my plan to go to school, I think of something adventurous that will also relieve the stress from work. My residency is 48 kilometers far from my workplace, so I take another route to enjoy while traveling. I went here several times during our weekend to bond with my family, so I know a lot about this place. I just want to share with you how this place could be a better place for your meditation.
Though, the road to take is under construction, the experience you might feel when you are there is much worth it. Since today is not the weekend, I am expecting this place is so silent and you may hear the rustling of seawater that seems to kiss the seashore, and the birds singing their euphonious song that seems to give you their beautiful serenade.
The Hanging Bridge

This bridge is the only way that connects this town side to the proper Tabogon. It connects Brgy. Salad to Brgy. Camoboan.There is another route but it is more distant compared to this way. This was a functional bridge way back in the past decades. This bridge also serves as the jumping area for those people who loves to dive and jump since the water level here is high. Today, this bridge was replaced with a concrete one. Only Two-wheeled vehicles can pass through this bridge.

Beauty in the Sight
This hanging bridge is surrounded by beautiful sights. It also has cold seawater and rock formations around the area. The body of water in this area is rich with sea corals and fishes that swim freely. The camp paradise is at the top of the mountain, which is also above the hanging bridge.
Many people are going to this place during the weekends to enjoy the relaxing and cold water here. The area also has a stall for fish sellers in the area. Everyone could buy fresh fish here to be grilled. During the night time, there are a lot of people who went to the water to look for seashells and hunt for fish to be consumed at home.
An Islet in Tabogon
With kilometer far from the hanging bridge, you can see the green islet of Tabogon, which is covered by mangrove trees and coconut trees. This Islet can be seen along the road in Brgy. Camoboan. This islet is accessible to come during low tide by walking, but during high tide, it can only be accessible by boat. It is only around 200 meters far from Camoboan Road.

Guarding the beauty of the surrounding" *
Another hundred meters away from the Islet, you can see the Tabogon Port which also has a walking bridge and a dating park in the area. The park has deep seawater on the side and mangrove trees on the other side.
The area of the park is wide and can comfortably handle dating couples. It has also a mini stage for performers during the night. This park allows you to enjoy walking while watching the seawater below your feet. Tabogon has a theme "USBAW TABOGON" which represents the growth of the Municipality of Tabogon with the help of its wonderful, and fantastic Natural Views around. These places such as Salag and Camoboan provide a very fantastic experience through their natural beauty. The hanging bridge represents the connection between nature and the people, where people are the primary beneficiary of the advantage of taking care of our environment. The Islet in Camoboan represents the independent beauty of nature.

The place looks relaxing and refreshing. I haven't visited the hanging bridges. Maybe soon. There are a lot of hidden wonders Tabogon has to offer and the hashtag Usbaw Tabogon nearly comes to reality with the help of all prople in the position. Even though there is already a better bridge than the initial one, I still prefer the first one. Seems like being part of the landscape a lot more than the modern one and I love how well it's completed by the clear blue water. I wish we would have similar landscapes in this part of the world too :)
