Hello Hive Family. I hope you all are healthy.
Friends, after finishing the market work in the morning, I think of going to Hatu Peak today. Apart from gardening, I am also fond of hiking. Hatu Peak is located in Narkanda of Shimla district. The distance of Hatu Peak from Narkanda is seven kilometers. There is a temple of Mata Kali on Hatu Peak. Which has religious significance for the local people. The height of Hatu Peak is 3400 meters.
Although one can go to Hatu Peak by taxi, but I choose the walking path. I set out for Hatu Peak alone at nine in the morning. This route passes through dense forests of pine. Due to which I was also afraid of wild animals. Because I also found the dead body of a cow on the way, which was probably hunted by a leopard. Wild flowers were also blooming on the way and colorful butterflies and I am very happy to see these flowers. In a short while I reach Jhumanda. Here buffaloes are resting in the meadows. Maggi and tea are also available here. There is also a small pond here which looks very beautiful in the middle of this deodar forest. Without wasting much time, I move ahead towards Hatu Peak.
There is an uphill path to Hatu but the views are so beautiful that it does not let me feel tired. I reach Hatu Peak in about two hours. Work has been done in the temple. This wooden temple made of Kasht Kuni art is very beautiful. The view of the Himalayas is also visible from here but nothing was visible due to dust and smoke. After spending some time there, I come back home. There are many wild strawberries on the way which I collect in a bottle. It is sour and sweet to eat. On reaching Jhamunda, I eat Maggi and after spending time sitting near the pond, I reach home in a short time.
