A trip to Vienna, one of my favorite trips. Whenever it comes to a trip, we always vote whether to go to the seaside or some other trip. This time the latter won, and our final choice was the city of Vienna. The preparation went quickly and we decided everything in two days and were ready for the trip so quickly.
At 6 am, we were waiting at the bus station. Although we could have gone by car, we decided to travel by bus, because we didn’t know the place and we weren’t sure if we would know how to get to our destination, even with navigation.
The trip was long, a bit tiring, the bus was full, and I wasn’t in the mood for sleep. I spent the entire trip talking to a girl who was sitting next to me, and to my surprise, the conversation was very pleasant. We had a lot of common topics to talk about and the time flew by so quickly that I didn’t even notice that we were close to our destination.
When we arrived in Vienna, our relatives with whom we had booked a hotel were waiting for us. It was already late and time to "hang out" with the bed. I fell asleep.
The next day we were ready to explore the city. The whole day was spent walking, taking pictures and visiting the beauties that this wonderful city has.
My favorite part of the day was the carriage ride through the city, coffee in the heart of Vienna, the warmth of the city, the kind people.. the feeling was beautiful..
The next day was reserved for shopping, the mall, looking for many window displays, stands with chocolates, sweets.. my favorites.. I didn't know where to look first and what to buy first. On the way back to the hotel, we went to a nearby Turkish sweets shop where the wonderful sellers showed us how they make these cakes. But I have to admit that I'm also a fan of salty food and I was "bought" with some wonderful sandwiches.
If you ask me, none of these days were long enough to get to know the sights and every corner of this city.
The next two days passed so quickly, we went to a quieter part of the city, visited a park, met people sitting, enjoying, listening to music and spending their time in a quality and peaceful way.
But like every trip, this one also came to an end, to my regret because I would certainly need three more days to see everything I wanted to.
I thought that after all that walking, tiredness, I would finally rest and sleep on the bus, however, the conversation with the girl I met on the bus when I was coming took over and I had no desire to sleep, I knew that I would make up for everything when I got home.
Like every other trip, this was special, I became richer for getting to know a new culture, a new city, new people, richer with a series of photos and a desire to come to this beautiful city again.
