Another of Tasmania's 60 shorts walks. We would have loved to do them all.
Situated between Queenstown and Derwent bridge on the Lyell Highway.
The Wilderness Highway, a few of the great short walks and adventuring off into all the nature was one the many high lights of our Tasmanian trip.
Unfortunately even thought it was only a really short walk we didn't make to the falls. We were already running well behind schedule and still had a long way still to go to get to our accommodation. With so much to visit and see it was difficult to decide what to include and what not too.
So we decide the Nelson Falls track would have to just be a quick toilet stop mand a 5 minute stretch of the legs. It's got to be one of the best short stops we have ever done.
The trees looked and felt so alive.
The Nelson Falls track is part of the Franklin Gordon Wild Rivers national Park.
The crystal clear water and magical moss over all the rocks.
It would have been great to have more time and explore further along the Nelson River in the Nelson Valley.
I suppose sometimes its good to have to leave but still wanting more.
Well that's the last of our recent Tasmanian trip, we loved every minute and would definitely come back again. 10 days was never going to be enough to see everything on this wonder Island. The weather was kind to us and it was great to be travelling again in these covid restricted times.

Maybe I should give you some !HBITS ?
Hivebits blends Hive's blockchain and Bitcoin's ethos. Your effort = your reward. Mine HBIT simply 1-per-day with (no space):
! hivebits
or! HBIT
or! hbit
or$ hbit
.Success! You mined .9 HBIT and the user you replied to received .1 HBIT on your behalf. You can receive 100% of the HBIT by replying to one of your own posts or comments. Or, support Hivebits at the official HBIT mine | your wallet | market | tools | connect | <><
This confirmation reply will go off when Resource Credits (RCs) get low. Yet, your hivebits command will still go through and you'll get your HBIT. :)
