Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. I want to tell you about my experience when I stayed at Snooze Hostel Yogyakarta. This place is very close to Malioboro, Taman Sari, Keraton, Alun-alun Kidul, markets, and others. The location of this place is very strategic.
Oh yeah, who did I stay at this place from? My friend. It so happened that my friend and I stayed here, and my friend booked the hotel. I came to the hotel at night. Even though it was already night, I was also explained the parts of the hotel, such as which rooms are used for public use and the location of the hotel, bathroom, and others.

I don't remember who the receptionist was at this place. I didn't ask either. In this place, many communal spaces can be used together with other guests. Oh yeah, this hotel is often rented by foreign tourists. During my stay, may be only one or two domestic tourists.
What's interesting about this place? There is a large yard and lots of communal spaces. There is a shared kitchen to cook some food. Another interesting thing is the hotel building which looks like a grandmother's house, a Javanese house in general.

Everything looks beautiful. There are paintings ornaments and several other works of art. Exciting, if enjoyed during the day. How about in the afternoon or evening? I will tell you at the end of the story. For the room, the room is quite spacious. There is no wardrobe in the room, like hotels in general.
There is only an aesthetic wardrobe without a door, maybe called a hanger. Another thing is that I got a comfortable mattress. Oh yeah, there is a painting on the wall. Quite interesting. The atmosphere in the room to the outside is green. It adds to the natural impression of this place.

I like this place. Very beautiful, especially in the morning. Another thing I want to tell you is the food on site. There is a breakfast menu but only two types. Breakfast here with a Western theme, because many guests here are from abroad. Quite acceptable. It turned out to make me full.
Finally, I want to tell you the horror story. The horror story is that the lights are turned off at night. Moreover, my room faces the garden. It felt very spooky. Moreover, when going to the bathroom, there was one of the typical Javanese artworks with the most terrifying face. It made me afraid to go to the bathroom. I had to hold my pee until morning. A fun experience but also a little bit scary. hahah.
