Mi rápido visita al estado Portuguesa no podía terminar sin ir al campo de girasoles, fue el principal motivo por el cuál realicé este viaje y aunque los girasoles no son mi flor favorita siempre estuve anhelando poder visitar este mágico lugar, ¡Sí! es mágico como dicen todos aquellos que me visitan, porque es una increíble la sensación caminar entre ellos y estar rodeada de tanto amarillo.
My quick visit to Portuguesa state could not end without going to the sunflower field, it was the main reason why I made this trip and although sunflowers are not my favorite flower I was always longing to visit this magical place, Yes! it is magical as all those who visit me say, because it is an incredible feeling to walk among them and be surrounded by so much yellow.
El clima era perfecto por lo menos al inicio del recorrido habían unas nubes que cubrían los rayos del sol en algunas oportunidades y algunos girasoles seguían erguidos para contemplar la belleza de cada uno de sus pétalos amarillos, no llegué a ver el fin de todo ese lindo campo en toda mi caminata, solo podía perderme en cada girasol uno más lindo que el otro, observar cada detalle en sus verdes hojas en forma de corazón y llenar parte de mi ropa del polen qué se encontraba en cada una.
The weather was perfect at least at the beginning of the tour there were some clouds that covered the sun rays in some opportunities and some sunflowers were still standing to contemplate the beauty of each of its yellow petals, I did not get to see the end of all that beautiful field throughout my walk, I could only get lost in each sunflower one more beautiful than the other, observe every detail in their green heart-shaped leaves and fill part of my clothes with pollen that was in each one.
Se dice que ellos florecen en verano y en otoño, en mi país tenemos la dicha de poder ver florecer los girasoles en un período que va desde diciembre a febrero, aquí tenemos verano casi todo el año así que acá es indistinto a la época en que se da su florecimiento en otras partes del mundo,lo cuál a mi parecer los hace más especiales iniciar el año con su belleza.
It is said that they bloom in summer and autumn, in my country we are fortunate to be able to see sunflowers bloom in a period that goes from December to February, here we have summer almost all year round so here it is indistinct to the time when they bloom in other parts of the world, which in my opinion makes them more special to start the year with their beauty.
Mis compañeros de viaje no paraban de tomar fotografías, aunque algunos girasoles estaban un poco inclinados porque el sol era intermitente, igual se alzaban para recibir nuevamente sus rayos unos minutos, para este punto aunque estaba enamorada de los girasoles empecé a sentir que la sensación térmica estaba aumentando cada vez más y dejé atrás parte de la magia de la naturaleza y aunque se sintió corto el recorrido estuvimos un buen rato en el campo.
My travel companions did not stop taking pictures, although some sunflowers were a little inclined because the sun was intermittent, they still rose to receive its rays again for a few minutes, by this point although I was in love with the sunflowers I began to feel that the thermal sensation was increasing more and more and I left behind part of the magic of nature and although the tour felt short we spent a good time in the countryside.
Se que al final terminarán marchitados y sin pétalos, pero igual nos dejaran sus semillas para que vuelva a iniciarse el ciclo del girasol con su pronta siembra y crecimiento, así que es un ciclo lleno de magia y belleza sin fin, una de las mejores aventuras que he podido tener y quisiera repetir en un futuro no muy lejano volviendo a Turén.
I know that in the end they will end up withered and without petals, but they will still leave us their seeds to restart the sunflower cycle with their early sowing and growth, so it is a cycle full of magic and endless beauty, one of the best adventures I have had and I would like to repeat in the not too distant future returning to Turén.

No me imaginaba esto en Venezuela, la verdad es que me parece impresionante poder visitar un campo así de grande y uniforme, tu emoción es comprensible en su totalidad.
El panorama es precioso, resulta mágico como la plantación parece infinita en el horizonte. Además, es curioso ver los cambios en la orientación de las flores según la luz que hay, creo que tuviste suerte de poder comprobar ese fenómeno vital tan perceptible en esta planta. Wow.. es que es una experiencia genial.
Las fotos están increíbles, sin duda tienes que volver, es una suerte total poder ir a comenzar el año así de bien.
De las experiencias más maravillosas que he podido tener, pude comprobar que los girasoles si buscan de la luz del sol y que cuando se encuentran en ausencia de sus rayos dejan de estar erguidos y parecen estar muy tristes de no recibirlos, volvería una y varias veces más, porque se que en mi país tenemos un campo hermoso de girasoles que merece ser visitado en su temporada de floración para vivir una mágica aventura entre ellos.
