Hello, everyone, have a nice and pleasant day. I haven't written here in a while and today I had the inspiration to do so. The Tigre Art Museum was a place that I wanted to visit and for one reason or another, I didn't have the time to do so. But as the saying goes: “there is no evil that lasts a hundred years, nor a debt that is not paid”… so I paid off my debt, my desire to visit this beautiful place. The property can be accessed through several entrances. Entering through a gate that leads to a right side garden of the building, I was surprised to see a fountain inspired by Bosch's painting “The Garden of Earthly Delights”, to which I immediately took several photos of this magnificent work of art.
But the most interesting thing was to see the imposing architecture of this building that was inaugurated in the 20th century, more precisely in 1912, by a group of businessmen with the aim of founding a social club for entertainment and sports. Years later, in 1927, part of the club would be converted into a casino.
This building has its main door facing the Luján River, it has a long walkway approximately 50 meters long that is accessed from the first floor and reaches the banks of the river where there is a large viewpoint and you can see all the boats that circulate through these waters. From the walkway you can see the garden on both sides decorated with spherical privets forming a kind of worm.
The Tigre Art Museum not only preserves an art collection inside, but in itself is an architectural jewel in the Neoclassical style, highlighting its symmetry that transports you to another era. Its structure, with majestic columns, ornate balconies and large windows, reflects the splendor and elegance of a booming society.
Every corner of this building invites you to stop and admire its meticulous design, from the imposing staircase to its beautiful stained glass windows. Walking through its corridors is like walking through a fragment of history, where luxury reigned at that time.
Without a doubt, a visit to the Tigre Art Museum is an enriching experience for both art lovers and those who enjoy architecture and history. A place that is not only contemplated, but lived, and that leaves in memory the image of a past time full of splendor.

Hola, tengan todos un buen y agradable día. Hace rato que no escribo por aquí y hoy tuve la inspiración para hacerlo. El Museo de Arte de Tigre era un lugar que tenía ganas de visitar y por alguna u otra cuestión, no me daban los tiempos para hacerlo. Pero como dice el dicho: “no hay mal que dure cien años, ni deuda que no se pague”… así que salde mi deuda, a mis ganas de visitar este hermoso lugar. Se puede acceder al predio por varias entradas. Entre por un portón que da a un jardín lateral derecho del edificio, me sorprendió ver una fuente inspirada en el cuadro de “el jardín de las delicias” del Bosco, al cual inmediatamente le tomé varias fotos de esta magnífica obra de arte.
Pero lo más interesante fue conocer la imponente arquitectura de este edificio que fue inaugurado en el siglo XX, más precisamente en el año 1912, por un grupo de empresarios con el fin de fundar un club social destinado al entretenimiento y a la práctica de deportes. Años después en 1927 se habilitaría una parte del club como casino.
Este edificio tiene su puerta principal mirando hacia el Río Luján, cuenta con una pasarela larga de aproximadamente unos 50 metros de largo que se accede desde el primer piso y que llega hasta las orillas del rio donde se encuentra un amplio mirador y se puede apreciar a todas las embarcaciones que circulan por estas aguas. Desde la pasarela se puede visualizar hacia ambos lados el jardín decorado con ligustros de formas esféricos formando una especie de gusano.
El Museo de Arte Tigre no solo preserva en su interior una colección de arte, sino que en sí mismo es una joya arquitectónica de estilo Neoclásico, destacando su simetría que te transporta a otra época. Su estructura, con majestuosas columnas, balcones ornamentados y amplios ventanales, refleja el esplendor y la elegancia de una sociedad en pleno auge.
Cada rincón de este edificio invita a detenerse y admirar su meticuloso diseño, desde la imponente escalinata hasta sus bellos vitrales. Caminar por sus pasillos es como recorrer un fragmento de la historia, donde el lujo imperaba en esa época.
Sin duda, la visita al Museo de Arte Tigre es una experiencia enriquecedora tanto para los amantes del arte como para aquellos que disfrutan de la arquitectura y la historia. Un sitio que no solo se contempla, sino que se vive, y que deja en la memoria la imagen de un tiempo pasado lleno de esplendor.
