Ahahahah nooo, far from true! We actually don't have that many high mountains, and the highest in continental Portugal is only 1992m. This southern part is actually quite flat, and most hiking trails rarely have that many ups and downs. And in this park, I would say the biggest inclination... is the 3 or 4 meters to the bird observatory! :)
