Namaste 🙏

Hope you’re doing great!!!

Thank you all for passing through my last couple posts. This post is going to be the major one. As in this post, I will be hiking on top of a mountain in foothills of Aravalli Hills.

If you haven’t been through them yet, I’ll be posting the links below so that you can check them out.

Starting our hike-

IMG_7927.jpeg

So after we parked our parking at the spot, where there were many stalls of many food items, we started our hike from that particular point only. There was a kind of road construction that was happening on the side of the road at a time when we arrived and the track also started just from the side of the road. You can see that in the photograph above and you can also see the construction that was happening there.

IMG_7928.jpeg

Now in the photograph, you can see the main track, which we need to walk on to reach onto the top of the mountain. The first few hundred metres of this track was quite good as you can see in the photograph above. Although it was very dry and pickey here, but it was still walkable.

IMG_7929.jpeg

After finding a way through the bushes, we started to reach a place that was quite narrow now. The thing that was most different for me was the vegetation as I am a mountain boy. These little mountains are like nothing to me, but the vegetation here is quite different. Everything here is very pointed and is very hard as compared to the vegetation in the mountains.

IMG_7930.jpeg

In this photograph, you can see my friends. They are trying to walk on this track and they are quite happy during this. We also saw many other people who were coming down from the top as it was evening time, but in spite of that we were going up.

IMG_7935.jpeg

This was the top of the mountain which we wanted to reach, and it was looking quite near from here, but in reality, it was quite far away. To my experience, it looked like it would take another half an hour to reach to the top of this mountain and on top of the mountain. It was a plateau kind of thing on top and it was not a pointed hilltop, unlike we see in the Himalayas.

Most challenging part of the hike -

Now the most challenging part of the hike started, and the easy part was over. Now we need to climb a really steep mountain as you can see in the photographs.

IMG_7933.jpeg

The real challenge was not only the steepness of the mountain, but the bushes that was present on the sides of the mountain, and they were really pointed a couple of times. I even got hurt from those bushes and blood started coming out of my skin.

IMG_7932.jpeg

Me being a mountain boy climbed on top of the hill quite easily, but in the photographs, now you can see my friend struggling to climb on top of the mountain, and I even tried to help them, but it was really hard for them to climb, but somehow they manage to climb at last.

IMG_7931.jpeg

After crossing this part, we now reached more dense forest with more bushes, all around us that we had to tackle. Now we were worried about wild animals, unlike I have told you that they hardly will be any animals, but now I can see how can be present even in this proximity to the city. They can be well hidden in between these dance bushes and no one would find out.

Making our way upto the top—

Now, after climbing for about 30 minutes, we now reached more than halfway up The Mountain. I am using the word Mountain because I am used to say it like that, but in reality, it was not a really big mountain. It was just a small hill, so you can pardon me for that, but yeah, we can still call it a mountain considering the nearby plane places.

IMG_7937.jpeg

Now we reached a quite good elevation and we can see views around quite easily. Now we can see the whole plateau in its full glory, and we can even see the city at the distance.

IMG_7940.jpeg

In the photograph below, you can see the struggle of my friends who are trying to be on top with me. They were quite a way to see how easily I climbed the mountains, but I told them that I am quite used to climbing and it was just like a piece of cake for me.

IMG_7939.jpeg

I assured that I would make them like myself, and they would easily climb mountains once they join gym with me, and I would become their personal trainer. Finding friends in a different city is quite important as they are the only means through which you can get going in a stranger city, so I was quite grateful for the friends I had here in Gurugram.

IMG_7938.jpeg

So yeah, after another 510 minutes of hike, we were on the top and the view from the top was very beautiful. It reminded me of my hometown, but anyhow, I was really liking it here in Gurugram to thanks to my friends..

Thanks for passing by.

That’s all for today.

Peace ☮️

Amazing view. I love the feeling of climbing a hill and watching the landscape from above. I do it everytime I can! Watching these posts, I notice how many different landscapes can exist, and how beautiful they can be even thank to this difference.
Thank you for showing this place, my friend, another nice post ✌️🤠

Thanks a lot for your kind words. It means a lot to me. 😃

The view of the place with its natural beauty from the top of the mountain is just like the clouds and waves of the sky. It seems that nature has become the main thing from here. It looks great and what a beautiful environment, what a magic, what a clear place. Yes, actually, the travel is a little difficult due to road works, but the place is incredibly beautiful.

Thanks a lot for passing by 😃

Seems like a fun but tough hike. The views was definitely worth the walk.
