My trip to seldah station

in Worldmappin2 years ago

Hi everyone, I am really excited to be able to share my life activities with this amazing platform , and I believe I will enjoy my stay here on such a wonderful platform where I can meet wonderful people..

Recently I went to the seldah station at India and so on this post I will share with you some photographs taken while around Sealdah station. At first little said anything about Sealdah station.

One of the main railway stations of Kolkata city is Sealdah Railway Station. It is one of the busiest railway stations in India. Sealdah station is also an important suburban rail terminal. Every day thousands of people come to this station and go in different directions from here. Long distance trains also depart from this place to various states of India.

Let me tell you what I went there that day. About two months ago I went there to pick up a friend of mine from Sealdah station. Actually that friend of mine did not live here. His original house was in Jalpaiguri. He used to stay in our Barasat for his studies. Sometimes he would go home and visit if he got some leave. He had gone home on leave for a few days. When he decided to come back to Barasat after visiting home for a few days, he was bringing many things when he came home. That's why his bedding became a little heavy. He texted me two days before coming to Barasat. I then told him if you reach Sealda first then I will go and fetch you then your suffering will be less....

That's why I went there to bring my friend that day. He was supposed to leave a little earlier that afternoon. I took a little rest that day after lunch, I left for Sealdah station with a little time on my hands as there was no work. I reached there and called him first. After calling, he said that it will take half an hour for him to come. Since I went alone, I thought I should not just sit alone and have a look around. Having a little time in my hands, I looked around the Sealda station. I did different photography during that visit.

If the busy people of West Bengal want to see it, they can see it by standing at Sealdah station. Everyone is very busy all the time but I went at lunch time so it was less crowded. In the morning time, so many people get off the train that they can't stand, people push them forward and move forward. However, that day I wandered around alone for about 30 minutes. After that, when my friend left, I couldn't do any photography. I kept my phone in my pocket and took my friend's bedding and started walking to come home by another train.

It was a cool trip for me and i would really love to engage on such trips again and again because I really loved it and I had a cool experience while at it..

And the fare for the trip was quite okay for me compared to some other means of transportation here which might be more expensive or not as convenient as I would love it to be..

Let me know how you feel about some of the photographs taken while wandering around the Sealdah station shared today. Thank you all so much for taking the time to read my blog. May everyone be well, stay healthy, stay beautiful, stay happy, stay happy and peaceful with your family, this is my best wish for everyone.
