As the problem is yet to be resolved, we have decided to take an Easter break from creating travel digests for this week. We will be back on Monday next week or Sunday in some parts of the world.In our featured posts, we have a temple in Indonesia, a garden in Japan, and a museum in Russia. There’s always something fun and new things to do in Bali. It will take you more than 2 weeks to explore every inch of this island. Today, I am showing you some places that might be worth visiting if you are tired of the beach scene and beach clubs and want to actually soak up the Balinese culture, life and experience. To experience all this, look no further than to Mengwi and Ubud, one is less traveled and more local, the other one is known for its yoga and “healing” haven for westerners to go. Both are equally beautiful in their own way and this is my experience spending half a day in Mengwi and Ubud.

🥈 #TravelTuesdays: Dropping by Atami’s Akao Herb and Rose Garden by @danaperez
If you are in Shizuoka, Atami City will surely appear in your radar. After all, Atami City is a popular city during Summer because of its beaches. However, once a person is in Atami City, you will only hear about their famous Onsen 温泉 (Hotsprings). After all, that’s what Atami is most popular for. When I went to Atami, I decided to stay there for 1 whole day, so I had the time to tour the city. I did not expect to find a huge, and I say hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, garden housing variety of flowers, trees, and many cafes. The place is called Akao Herb and Rose Garden (アカオハーブ&ローズガーデン).

🥉 Moscow plant "Crystal" by @apnigrich
When I visit my daughter in Moscow, we always try to visit an exhibition, a museum with her, or just take a walk in an interesting place. This time we decided to visit the auto museum. But I thought we would go to a similar museum in Krasnogorsk, not far from her place of residence. But the daughter said she couldn't look at military equipment because she hated war. She found another auto museum and the three of us went there: me, my daughter and her husband, my son-in-law.The museum turned out to be on the territory of the MOSCOW FACTORY "CRYSTAL". I was very surprised by this fact. And my daughter had no idea about such a plant. This is a very famous alcohol factory from Soviet times, but as it turned out, it has lost its former power and strength!
