Introduction

Hi everyone it's @LivingUKTaiwan here with today's edition of the #TravelDigest. Now that things are getting back to normal, particularly in Europe, I'll be going away next week (still in Europe). I'll be AFK most of the time, but don't worry, Pinmapple won't stop without me 😂 and the #TravelDigest will still be produced by the rest of the team so you can continue your virtual travels around the world with Pinmapple. See you all in a weeks time!!

All featured posts are visible on the Editors Choice Map and upvoted by @pinmapple, @blocktrades, @theycallmedan and the curation trail. For more travel digests check out #traveldigest.

Our winners today 🍍

🥇 Mixquic – Celebrating Dia de los Muertos in Mexico’s „Capital of the Dead“ [EN/DE] by @travelshots

" Our first destination was the Mixquic cemetery. On the Day of the Dead, relatives spend the night here directly at the graves of the deceased - but not in deep mourning. No, food and drinks are taken and people are allowed to celebrate. Before that, the cemetery is open to all visitors. People are busy taking photos and posing for selfies. "

🥈 Come and discover with me the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studios in London! [Eng - Esp] by @belug

"As soon as you arrive, there is a very Harry Potter-esque coffee shop, so I ate a slice of a dark chocolate cake while waiting for the new tour to start, and then ventured out to walk through the world of Harry Potter.

The tour was magical. I heard absolutely NOTHING. My senses were enraptured, especially my eyesight, and the constant music and sounds of the movie was good enough to invest energy in trying to understand the guide, who spoke in his perfect English"

🥉 Exploring the ancient French church in Ba Vi National Park, Hanoi, Vietnam by @thu172

" The church is quite old and now abandoned. It is built of solid stone. The church is located in the middle of a large forest, creating a mysterious and wild look. Trees grow in clusters on the roof of the church.

In the morning, the sunlight shines on each wall, creating the beauty of the statue. This old French church is visited by many couples to take wedding photos. "
