As one steps foot inside the temple, a fascinating sight unfolds—a statue of a hermit in a contorted posture, a representation of Thai massage's origins. This statue holds great significance as it symbolizes the initiation of the Contorted Posture by His Majesty, a relaxing position to alleviate fatigue in various parts of the body. The Thai people hold the hermit in high regard, considering them masters of various sciences, and this reverence is reflected in the sculptures of contorted hermits in diverse positions found within the temple.

🥈 Tulang Diot Beach, Camotes Island Cebu Philippines: #LakwatsaniIntoy Diary 043 by @intoy.bugoy
An islet located five minutes away from the mainland of Camotes Island. It has a white and fine sand beach with a crystal clear ocean that attracts a lot of Travel Bums around the world to explore its magnificent beauty. There are few visitors on this islet and this place is perfect for the adventurer who avoids the crowd and looking for a chill and peaceful environment.

🥉 Germany Part 14 - Walking the circular route around Lake Riegsee (Fotos + Video) by @lizanomadsoul
The Riegsee measures about 18 m at its deepest point and has a size of 1.8 square kilometers (2.4 km long, 1 km wide). Like many lakes here, it is fed by several streams and springs. The lake and shore are protected landscape areas. This ensures that the Riegsee is preserved in its natural character and diversity. I started the circular route at the village Riegsee, which is named after the lake and is located right next to it. The municipality of Riegsee is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at an altitude of 650 - 700 m in the Upper Bavarian foothills of the Alps, one of the most beautiful areas in Bavaria.
