🥇 A photographer's paradise by @plantfuljourney

It's been 28 degrees Celsius today and it makes me wonder how warm it will become in a couple of months. We expected that the city would be full of tourists, but it's nothing unusual there as it's on the route of the most beautiful places in Switzerland, so many people come here on their trips. On the other hand, Stein am Rhein becomes a ghost town in the winter months as most of the shops and restaurants are closed. Today, it was buzzing with life.

🥈 Portugal is Beautiful - Rio de Moinhos- Penafiel by @onyfest

A few photos and I'll go back to the car. I go down a little further and come face to face with a huge dam that will make me change my location and municipality. It's incredible how I thought I was on one side and suddenly I was on the other... The dam was full and the view from one side to the other is spectacular. On these days that take me to discover new places, I feel sorry for not having more time to explore. But I'm grateful to be able to make my car my office and thus have a freedom that not everyone can have. It is often tiring to do many km in a day, especially on rainy days. But this was a beautiful day and it had to make the trip worth it. From there I headed to the village of Rio de Moinhos, which, being very small, was very well looked after and very welcoming.

🥉 Palácio da Pena - my Portuguese Royal experience ✨ by @boryanamtl

Chances are if you've ever done some research prior to booking a Lisbon vacation, you absolutely saw Sintra as one of the must-see destinations around there. There is just so much to see! One of the places I was really looking forward to visiting while in Lisbon, was the infamous Palácio da Pena. I'm glad I looked into the best times to book, arrive et cetera, however I wish I hadn't overestimated my strength and walking abilities 😅 The distances are no joke! Enough with the talk though, I present to you one of my most treasured memories from Portugal - the colourful gem of Sintra: Palácio da Pena.
