Was something that kept us going...
Julley Everyone,
A beautiful afternoon out here, somewhere, wondering in these ancient hidden trails of the Himalayas, where were we me and my team on our expedition to hiking the whole region of Hamta Valley, Manali, Himachal Pradesh.
It was such a wonderful moment guys that I wanted to express and share it with you guys on which we were wondering somewhere about two hours away from Jorbi Campsite.
Beyond Jorbi Campsite, where we came and stayed for a night as I have shared those stories in my previous posts.
The portion that I covered in this post is kind of different one from that I have shared till now. It was really a wonderful experience guys as we had to make our way through these ancient trails, which are considered as the stairway to the heaven.
The stairway to the heaven that these were the trails to the heaven.
There were many mountains which were considered as the mountains of the heaven as Indra Quila Fort, which is mostly hidden behind the clouds, the killa (Fort) of Lord Indra, the Weather God.
There, even were many peaks named as Deo Roopa, Deo Tibba and Indrassan, very technical to climb and reach at their summit. There even were the peaks of the good and the evil named as Deo Sura and Papsura. More than(5,500 m) Above the sea level.
It was really a wonderful place guys, but in this post, I will be covering my journey that how we have to make our way by crossing the Mountain cliff, and we had to walk by the mountain Cliff along with the dry glacier.
The river stream which could be seen right underneath us was a glacier, which at this time of the year was totally dry, and we had to make our way through the mountains by the side of the mountains, making our face in order to recharge destination.
The whole stretch it was Quite a distance. It was quite far when we reached at the end, it nearly took us more than two hours to cover the stretch, though, as in the photos, it might seem quite nearer, but it was really very far.
It was my brother walking, just after me and my brother, too walking in front of me with a heavy backpack more than 35 kg of weight of thr backpack.
We had to make our way through the rocks and by the side of the rocks as there was a little pathway made, and it is considered to be the pathway which led to the heaven. There was water on the trails, and the water was flowing down to the stream and the river, we had to make our way through and by the side of the rocks as we made, the whole journey, looked something like this.
It was really a difficult task. I is walking over these terrain as it was really very technical one. As we had to make our way we had to climb and at certain point we had even the lock rocks were very loose. It was very slippery to there was water flowing, and the water was slippery too, as the water was kind of frozen and the water was coming from the rocks.
Down below us was the deep frozen glacier stream, and it was very very deep. We can’t even see the bottom of the river. It was really very deep as it was the glacier which was now dry and totally dry looking as a river and a stream.
Hiking and walking by the side of the mountain, when we finally reached this point when it was a sort of waterfall and the water was flowing down to the river, the glacier river, there was little steps made by the nature which are considered as stairway to the heaven.
It was really a wonderful moment guys and wonderful experience for me and my team and my brothers. When we finally covered the whole distance up and reached at our final destination. The whole journey it was something something magical something different that I have been never on the terrain, something difficult Something crazy. It was something something in itself.
So finally, after two hours of covering the whole distance of we reached at the midway, though we had to cover up a lot of distance, but now the train was kind of okay. It was not that hard as we covered most of the steel part. Now it was just the climbing and making away over the rocks, and when we cover the distance, it was just few steps away at destination, and now it was just a stairway a stairway somewhere to the rocks and on the rocks.
So that’s all for today guys, it was really a wonderful experience guys that I wanted to share it with you, so I hope you liked it. I have captured photos at every single moment and every single place and at every different angle that I could so that even you guys could experience the true beauty of the hidden Himalayas as this was something which we had planned way back in the summer, and now it was the time when the whole region was dry without snow as most part of the year, the whole place is covered with a thick blanket of snow and snow more than 20 feet.
So it was the time and this whole place was dry, and the sky was clear to just few days before the first fall, and we finally made a expedition a successful. It was our second day of this expedition when we came across this magical trrain, this magical Trail.
Love from the Himalayas. ❤️
