Somewhere on the nowhere land of the Himalayas
We we Wondering,
Somewhere on the unseen side of the Himalayas
Were we Wondering...
Julley Everyone,
A beautiful day, A beautiful Hike
Thats all that we needed to explore the far aways of Khanapri Tibba.
It was around 3PM when We reach at this place around an hours hike away form the summit of Khanapri Tibba around 14000ft above the sea level. From the summit we saw a whole valley, a colourful one which was totally on the opposite side of the hiking trail and the nevigation map.
We did not had an idea that where would it take us to.. and finally we made a decision to explore the unseens!
The lee ward side of the mountain was all dry and faded due to the extreme climatic conditions and the windward side of the mountain where we were at the moment was all of colourful wild Himalayan Flowers. These flowers were also used for natural medicinal purposes by the ancient people who had knowledge about the 'Jadi Booti' and the Natural healing process.
This place was above not tropical zone (NTZ) Where nearly noting grows, no vegetation at all and usually this place used to be covered under a thick blanket of snow throughout the extire year and only for few day this place was as dry as could be seen.
The flowers through the entire region, they were kinda different. Quite strong enough and not at all delicate as they had to withstand the harsh climatic conditions of the Himalayas. The fast blowing wind the heavy snowfalls which even makes the grass burn out due to freezing icicles.
It was really an extraordinary experience guys. Wondering totally on the nowhere land and the untouched places in the mountain peaks. I was truly grateful that I got an opportunity to explore such an amazing paradise and share it with you guys!
For returning back to the hiking trail we would have to hike back to the summit of Khanapri Tibba as there were various glacial bodies that we have to cross and were even were not sure about the direction to which this place would led us to.
As we were on the middle of two Himalayan Mountain ranges and and ancient rout to various places from here changing the direction would let to a different paradise!
Meet our companion, A dog who just followed us throughout the hike and was our companion throughout the journey, We tired not to bring the dog with us as it would be sometimes risky for a dog at such places might be home to wild animals such as snow leopards and Himalayan Bears.
But the dog just followed us, Maybe the dog would be used to all of these places as this dog followed us from the Dera of Shephards. Gaddi Ka Dera where the shephards used to stay in the Himalayas.
The Colourful Flowers.
So thats all for today guys! I hope you liked it.
Thanks for your precious time. 🙏
Love from The Himalayas.❤️
