Let’s take a deep breadth and hike it all the way up,
That's what my brother said, When we were about to summit an untouched land Between the valleys of Himalayas.

Julley Everyone!

Marking this day of my life a memorable moment!
When I along with my brother when we were on our Patalsu Peak Expedition decide to so somewhere way up north west towards the Lahul and Spiti Region to hike an unknown mountain peak. Reach the summit and make it a memorable expedition.

IMG_8844.jpeg
Way straight up we saw a summit of the peak which from far away did not seemed so far as till now we had covered up our distance more that 80% during the Patasu Expedition and reaching and summiting this peak did not seem that difficult!

IMG_8829.jpeg
But we were wrong! As we covered the distance up the difficulty levels just increased like anything! There was this huge dry avalanche which due to no snow at this particular season of the year was a welcome to risking our lives. All of the rocks and tiny bits of the stones were of the avalanche which most of the time of the year is covered with the snow.

When we looked down the whole Kullu valley was visible from this place and it seemed like that we were somewhere in the middle of the Sky wondering the worlds of the Sky.

We had to make our way out of this region in order to reach the summit. We tried our best taking the route that seemed a bit safer than hiking all over the loose rocks and boulders. It was just the few days when this whole valley was as dry as possible as all of the snow had melted throughout the year making these few days dry without hardly any signs of snow.

Making the days to summit the peaks and capturing the beautiful views of the valley. It there would be snow and all of this place would be covered under a thick blanket of snow then hiking such places it nearly impossible. As due to the lack and any idea about the place as the snow would be more than 10 feet.

IMG_8831.jpeg
Instead we found a way out! Hiking all over the tiny ridge that ended up by the side of the edge! Even though it was risky too! As on the left side of ours was a steep fall that would led us to fall somewhere deep in the glacial valley.

The views of the deep valley onto our left side.

Making our way!
All over the ridge.

Standing at the Center.

This was the mountain peak that separated the two Himalayan regions. The Kullu Valley and The Lahul and Spiti Valley. It was a peak which was nearly a difficult task to summit due to the steepness and loose rocks at the top! Even the altitude of the peak was quite high enough and on the other side of this peak was a steep view to which descending was nearly impossible.

With out any slope so that we could hike or ski below. Even deciding using the techniques of rock climbing was nearly impossible as because of the altitude of the summit being as high as of the hundreds of feet.

IMG_8846.jpeg
It took us more than two hours reaching the mid way of the summit. As from below the summit seemed quite closer but more closer we get towards it more far and far it seemed like. There were these huge and huge boulders and the steep stretch of nearly about twenty minutes all the way up till the top.

The last Stretch.

IMG_8840.jpeg
It was the last stretch when we were just few minutes away from the summit.

The Excitement that we felt reaching this place was somehting that I still remember till the day! It makes me wonder still the same way when it was when we were few steps away reaching the summit along with my Brother.

The Summit.

IMG_8843.jpeg

It took us nearly about 2 Hours 37 Minutes to reach the Summit and reach this highest point of the place. When we finally made it to the summit of this unknown peak.

I took various photos of this expedition guys! So that I can capture the moments for life and even share it with you guys so that even you guys cloud get the true picture of the same, and wonder and enjoy the unseen beauty of the Himalayas.

IMG_8842.jpeg
We made a decision not go go beyond till the highest point as it seemed a bit dangerous and even the centre was less than a feet wide. If by any chance we made a mistake that would risk our lives. So we reached this point and made it a day.

A day to remember.

When we reached the summit the we decided to name this peak the Brothers Peak, So that we can remember this expedition through life/and others too but the name of this place!

I can aslo help pointing out the nevigations of the expedition if anyone is interested in summiting the magical Peak in the Himalayas. (Attempting to hike the wonderful place only in the months after October. Till the first week of December before the all as most of the time of the year this whole place would be covered under a thick blanket of snow.

Hiking this mountain must be quite difficult!!! Good job 💓

Rightly said :) It was really a tiring day. But as people say the best view comes after the hardest climb. 😊

Is there any place in the Himalayas that doesn't look awesome @pranavinaction ?! 😅

I'll definately try finding one. 😅 Can't say about the place that doesn’t look awesome but can definitely say about places that look so dangerous.
