"Wat Nam Phut Tai", Na Taluang Subdistrict, Trang Province, built in 1803

Place for practicing Dhamma and cultural tourism

Hello everyone

In this post, I will take you to get to know a temple in Trang Province. Today, it is called "Wat Nam Phut Tai".
I searched for information about this temple and found out that it was built in 1803. It was originally called Wat Na Khao or Wat Nong Yuan. The temple has been developed and improved.

This picture is a picture of the gate of Nam Phut Tai Temple. On the gate it says Wat Nam Phut Tai, built in 1993.

When walking inside, you will find the first entrance. When you turn to the right, you will see two small buildings. The first building is the bell tower, which is white and has an old bell hanging from it. So I took a picture. Then I walked on to continue taking pictures.

The pavilion is a small white building. Inside, there is a Buddha statue. There is a sign indicating the first entrance point and the number 2536 in the photo.

And walking to take more pictures will be the walking Buddha statue. It is in a graceful walking pose.

This is a small building. The Buddha statue is in a meditation posture with his hands clasped together on his lap. The Buddha statue is beautiful, painted in white and gold with a cloth and a tray in front. Above the Buddha statue's head is a golden umbrella. It is in a meditation posture, a symbol of meditation, which is an important practice. I believe that all of my friends often see the Buddha statue in meditation at temples.

Outdoor area

I walked to the outdoor area. This area is in front of the church, where there is a large Buddha statue sitting in front of the church. I tried to take a picture, but the picture didn't come out nice because at that time, around 4:00 p.m., the sunlight was quite dark. The Buddha statue in the Manavijaya posture, which is a statue meditating in front of the church.
This area is an open outdoor area and there are also large trees at some points.

I walked around the church outside and took pictures. In front of the church, there was a message saying, “Please take off your shoes.”
The front door of the church was closed, but it was not locked or padlocked. So I walked inside to take pictures.
When I reached the inner door of the church, I saw that it was locked. So I just walked around and took pictures of the inner door of the church and the buildings and structures inside the temple.

This wide area is a parking lot. And in the picture above, there is a large building. This building is used for holding funerals and feeding the people who attend the funeral.

On the side, there is also a building for organizing various activities, such as meditation and listening to Dhamma. This area is the area of the temple wall. This area is where the remains of the deceased are kept.
This area is shady because there are many big trees.
I walked around taking pictures. After hearing a lot, it was time to continue my journey. When I have time, I will stop by to take pictures of the temple in Trang Province for my friends to see again. Today, I have to say goodbye.
