Hello everyone…Hope you all are doing great.
Yesterday was sunday…and you all know Sunday is the relax day You want chill at home do what you love to do but my husband and I decided to do something else.
We decided to go somewhere in deharadun and have our breakfast there only.
We planned for Maldevta which is located in deharadun,it’s actually a village which is surrounded by mountains and water streams and very famous for its scenic view.It is far from city’s hustle bustle so you can enjoy your me solitude time here.
I decided to cook something instead of buying from outside and enjoy the food by river side.
So,we woke up at 6am and went for our everyday walk. We came back, I took over the kitchen and my husband did dusting and mopping.
I made the most delicious sandwiches and tea and packed it.
We also decided to take bath there but the winter is here so water in the river is cold so we drop the plan.
We packed everything and took the mat also and we left our home around 10:am
The place is not too far from our house so we went there by two wheeler.
We reached there,searched the best spot where we can sit and have the best view while having breakfast so we took out our mat,sat there but little did we know that there are other guest sitting there behind the bushes.
We took out sandwiches and poured the tea in the cup. We were having perfect Sunday. We were Enjoying the view,clicking pictures and having sandwiches.
This kind of morning I have ever imagined so I was so engrossed in the view and food but my partner was looking here and there and suddenly he saw 50 over langur(leaf monkey) sitting on the opposite side of river and watching us having food.
Watching them in the this amount and too having food …I have to say a shiver went down on my spine.
In hurry we packed everything in the bag,took our mat wore our shoes and start running towards the main area where all the tourists and people were sitting.
When we thought we reach safe distance from them,we look into each other and started laughing because we came here to enjoy in relax not to have this kind of thrill.
Again we found a place to sit this time instead of sitting on the mat we sat on the big rock in the middle of river.
We finished our remaining food and tea and we sat there for a while in peace.
It’s been 3 hours so we decided to go back home.
Overall it was a nice sunday with a little bit of thrill which we never thought.
That’s how my Sunday went.
