Recently I am reading from my friends from the Northern Hemisphere that their summer months are nearly over...and getting ready for winter coming up soon!!!

While here in Mauritius...we are nearly over with the winter months...by next month Summer will already be here...

If you are planning for some nice relaxing time...why not chose Mauritius as your next destination!???

Let me show you how my Summer 2021 was spent before we were lockdown due to Covid19...

Summer 2021...in Mauritius

We are in full summer in January here in Mauritius!!! And I had some amazing few first months then Covid19 came back again!

But it's good that it came during winter months...and now we will be free again to enjoy summer which is coming up soon for the 2022 season!

Let me show you how my summer 2021 ended before Covid19 locked down the island in March 2021...

In the first week of January we made a nice road trip with the whole family and visited mostly the south of the island!

The first place we visited that day was the famous Mauritian Pyramids...they are found near the airport, just 5 minutes away! A nice place for some good photos!

Then we moved on to another place on our way to Mahebourg, in the South Eastern part...a place you have to get off your car and enjoy some moments in nature and its beauty...

The nature around the south is so beautiful...specially during the first weeks of January...you have lots of flowers blooming and green everywhere...

Then we went to different beaches...some not meant for swimming though...only for the sighting and view...

Enjoy the beauty of Mauritius!

This place is so nice to visit...you'll get little tired but very much worth it!

With the hot days...we get thirsty very quickly...

Enjoyed some Mauritian Classic...Shaved ice with syrups...perfect during summer days at the beach...

On another trip...it was again in January 2021...

This time went to stay over for 2 nights in a beachfront villa...what an amazing experience.

Located at Grand Baie - Northern Part of Mauritius and very well known by travelers

This was the best beach front I've ever experienced in my entire life...

When you open the doors...the sea is just in front of you...waiting!!!

Thank you so much for the appreciation! I've downloaded the Travel Feed App just now...I'll try it soon...looks very well built.

For the edit, that's only me...all is good on travelfeed, i just love it.

I have just this little question: Why not all these comments present on the app? I was just checking over there and there were only 1 comment and here there's 7....

Thanks so much and wish you great success ahead.

Glad you like the app :)

On TravelFeed, only comments of users who have logged in with their Hive account on TravelFeed appear. This is due to our dual account system that makes it very easy for new users to join with Email/Facebook/Google even without having a Hive account (they can then create one later), the downside is that a Hive account only exists on TravelFeed after the user logs in once.

On the plus side, this keeps the comment section clean from bot comments (which some users prefer to be hidden), but unfortunately some comments of non-TravelFeed-users are missing.

Yay! 🤗
