The scenic view of Jomgram is what I would like to call 'natural beauty.' It's just another typical village located in the Northern part of Bangladesh. There's nothing extraordinary but the regular lifestyle of the villagers is what made our tour exciting.
If you take a cycle tour inside the village or walk around; you will see some activities that we can hardly see in the cities. To me, the best way to explore the village life and beauty is to explore the surrounding.
Let me give you a visual tour of the village of Jomgram.
This is not any tourist palace so we were not expecting to see anything significant. But to my city eyes, everything I looked around seems nothing less momentous than any tourist spot.
This is the regular view of the village, covered with green. There you will get to see a field covered with rice paddies, huge trees all over the place, and a beautiful sky over your head.
The first thing I would suggest you explore is this beautiful river named 'Saniyajan'. There's a bridge over the river that connects the village with the market. Take a moment to admire the fresh view of the river and the livelihood around.
If you are lucky, you will get to see the fishermen. It's not prohibited to catch fish from any public waterway like this river. So if you have an interest in fishing, then you can take a rod and go for it too.
Moving on to the market, you will get all the fresh products; homegrown, river water fish from the village.
If you walk around the street of the village, you will see the random cattle as a must. Each and every household has cows and goats. Also, during the season, most of the houses dry the rice in their front yard like this.
If you are not familiar with this, then you will be amazed to see the process.
Most of the households are self-sufficient in food production. So it's a must to see a vegetable garden, a pond in their backyard, cattle feed, and huge crop fields on their own.
We have done some fishing, cycling, swimming, and a lot of walking around the village. During the rainy season, boat riding would add extra excitement to the tour.
It was a picture-perfect village to me!
As I have said earlier, this village is not any tourists place. So you may not gonna find anything significant. But if you are into exploring the daily life and the lifestyle of the villagers, and see the natural beauty of the rural area; then this must be the best option.
Have a good day, everyone.

Much happier than cities, I agree.
