TANQUISCANCHA.-
The highest viewpoint of the Mantaro Valley, is a valley that is hidden in a very beautiful place called Tanquiscancha located 20 minutes from the Chilca district of the city of Huancayo.
Our journey begins along the road that takes us to our destination, but there is also a path to make the trek until we reach the top of the mountain. On our journey it is surrounded by nature with trees and cupid vegetation.
As we walk along the road, we observe a beautiful river called finchos that descends from the top of the Peruvian Andes mountain, forming beautiful waterfalls along its path, and giving life to these trees by generation.
We continue our trip along this highway or path that is a trail, but if you take a car this will take you 20 minutes when you reach the viewpoint entrance, if you decide to walk it will take you between 2 more hours depending on the acceleration of the walk, where you can see waterfalls, eucalyptus trees that cover the mountains and a path to the top of the mountain where we can see an arch (where it says chilca tanquiscancha natural viewpoint) after walking a short distance on foot and at the same time contemplating the different landscapes and the planting at its best and the yellow flowers of tanks that adorn the place.
After a long walk, we are greeted by the viewpoint with its square very well decorated with railings built in a typical style of quinual logs, flowers, huts created by Andean man. clay pots and benches for resting and finally the great viewpoint of Tanquiscancha from where you can see the entire viewpoint of the Mantaro Valley from the district of Huayucachi, to the province of Jauja.

El mirador más alto del valle de mantaro, es un valle que se oculta en un lugar muy hermoso llamado Tanquiscancha ubicado a 20 minutos del distrito de Chilca de la ciudad de Huancayo.
comienza nuestro recorrido por la carretera que nos lleva a nuestro destino.pero también hay un camino para hacer la caminata hasta llegar a la cima de la montaña. En nuestra travesía está rodeada de naturaleza con árboles y una cupida vegetación.
mientras recorremos por el camino observamos un hermoso río llamado finchos que desciende desde la cima de la montaña de los andes peruanos formando en sus recorridos hermosos cascadas, y dándole vida a estos árboles por generación.
continuamos nuestros viaje por esta carretera o camino que es de trocha, pero si en caso tomaras un auto esto te llevará por 20 minutos al llegar al ingreso del mirador, si en caso decides hacer la caminata te tomará entre 2 horas más dependiendo la aceleración de la caminata, donde podrás observar cataratas, árboles de eucaliptos que cubren las montañas y un camino hacia la cima de la montaña donde, podemos ver un arco (donde dice mirador natural de chilca tanquiscancha) después caminar un pequeño distancia a pie y a la vez contemplando los distintos paisajes y la siembra en su mejor momento y las flores amarillas de tanquis que adornan el lugar.
luego de gran caminata nos recibe el mirador con su plaza muy bien adornada con barandas construidas con un estilo típico de troncos de quinual , flores chozas creado por el hombre andino . ollas de barro y bancos para el descanso y ultimo el gran mirador de tanquiscancha desde donde se observa todo el mirador del valle de mantaro desde el distrito de huayucachi, hasta la provincia de jauja.
