How fun enjoying the river with your adventure buddy! You're clearly giving him a love for the outdoors which will be a constant for him. What a great father son moment. Sounds like a great place to enjoy some bonding time. I love a river exploration!

Yeah it was a great time to spend with my little buddy, knowing that some of these are likely going to happen less often. He's going to school now and I fear that some of these adventures will be less frequent, replaced with friends which is only natural. I soak in the times while I can though!
