That's so cool! I have been to some villages like that around Umbria and Tuscany, and some in Spain, and they never fail to amaze me. In fact, looking at the church murals, maybe I have... I have been to Assisi too. A long time ago now.

Thank you @riverflows , I have received some reports of such countries in different places, I have to look into it... yes Assisi is truly wonderful and as for the ancient murals... those representing St. Francis of Assisi are many throughout central Italy.
If you are in Tuscany and Umbria again, I suggest you go to Marche next time!!😉😉
