Some of the clowns painted on the exterior walls were killer clowns. Not very inviting.....
As for the mines, most are abandoned and on BLM land so it's a free for all. The place in Goldfield NV is a claim held by the local club. They ask you to pay $1 per pound of material which I gladly did.
