Sushi ice cream was a good marketing idea. Many people were buying it. The cone actually tasted fine with the negi toro too.
Driving through Shizuoka I didn't know how mountainous it is. My wife's home town is near Lake Towada so we drive up through Iwate which is much more open and flat. Southern Japan is very mountainous!
Yes, Shizuoka is all mountains. And it is surprisingly long...it is hard to reach Aichi😅
