Swali market is the biggest market here in Bayelsa, but yesterday being Saturday there was virtually no or fewer market Activities. But I still had fun as it was the best time to take a walk without bumping into one another.
Was the point of having fun if you can't capture the memories right? Exactly, so I did take some pictures for your viewing pleasure;

Doesn't the River scare you? You might wanna ask? but No, it doesn't as I was born and raised around these waters from which I took my first swimming lessons as most of our parents were fishermen and women so the River was practically our first means of transportation.
Oh yes, about transport and boats, I came across two types of boats, the one that conveys human passengers popularly known as Speedboats and the other used majorly for transportation of goods called Local boats.

The local boat serves as a cargo ship to convey goods to and from the rural towns and communities.
