I'm just really glad that I said yes to this trip that I was supposed to decline. Plus, I get to bring my daughter with me and we get to bond for 2(two) days. It was a long ride but it was totally worth it, seeing my daughter's laughter while chasing the waves.
I, along with my colleagues stayed at Villa Edar Resort in Medellin, Cebu. It was such a homey experience that we wanted to extend our stay. Though, I'm thinking of staying here with my family soon. It was quite a big place that is perfect for a big family like ours.
The resort had so many rooms and villa/houses to choose from. We were located near the beach front which is perfect! The house can accommodate 10 person with three rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom for only Php6,500.00, quite affordable right?
Yes! I love the fact that they have a long and wide shoreline which you and your family/friends can enjoy playing beach volleyball! And, look at the fine white sand that I can't help but to ran and walk in barefoot.
We also tried banana boating. My colleagues get to enjoyed it while I'm left with my daughter cheering for them. I'm not really a fan since I have a not so good experience riding a banana boat. I'm happy that my colleagues were enjoying though while I'm busy trying to bury my daughter's half body in the sand.
I was trying to make a tail for her like mermaid.
They also have a small playground for the kids.
We really had so much fun basking in the sun while enjoying over some fresh seafoods and a cold beer. Oh! A holiday well spent! I forgot to take photos of the food since we were busy with all the funny conversations and the food was so tempting that everyone digs in right after we pray. I can't wait for our next beach travel!
