Hello dear Hive Community!🩷
After a long period, I’m finally writing again, as I’ve been really busy lately with schoolwork and exams. I’m so happy to say that I passed all my exams successfully, which took a lot of time and energy.😪 Today, however, I decided to take some time for myself and my boyfriend, as we spent a wonderful day in Ljubljana.
Our day started very early—we woke up at 5 a.m. and left for Ljubljana at 5:30. Although waking up so early was tough, the view on the way there made it all worthwhile. Everything was covered in snow, and driving through the snowy landscape felt like winter is coming. ❄️
The trees were white, the fields were blanketed in snow, and it was magical. This beautiful, snowy atmosphere stayed with us as we arrived in Ljubljana, where the city was covered under the fresh snow.
The main reason for our visit to Ljubljana was for my work. The lectures were interesting and informative, though they lasted a few hours, leaving me a bit tired afterward. But the day wasn’t over yet! After my work stuff , we met up with my boyfriend cousin, who kindly showed us around Ljubljana. Ljubljana is a truly beautiful and charming city where history and modernity blend perfectly. Ljubljana is also the capital of Slovenia.The old town is full of small streets, beautiful historic buildings, and well-known landmarks such as Ljubljana Castle, the Triple Bridge, and Prešeren Square. The Ljubljanica River flows through the city, lined with cozy cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy the view and the relaxed atmosphere.

At the end of the day, we all treated ourselves to a delicious pizza, which was the perfect way to wrap up such a busy yet enjoyable day. I truly enjoyed the company, the exploration, and the relaxed moments that followed.

Looking back at the photos we took, I smile as I remember the day. One photo captures the beautiful scenery along the Ljubljanica River, with autumn leaves blending with the calm water, while another shows my boyfriend and me, happy and smiling, with the Ljubljana Castle in the background. This day will remain a wonderful memory—a perfect mix of productivity, relaxation, and meaningful -moments with the people I love.❤️
