we've had good experiences wit air b n b. Twice in Japan in Tokyo and Osaka and once in Kuala Lumpur. All superb stays. I think if you do your homework on the place before you book it works out well

Yeah, normaly that works well. I used it a lot.
We had a lovely house last year in Dom Rep but we choosed the wrong weekend.
It was the biggest party at the easter weekend - our neighbour had a f#cking huge sound system. It was so damn loud that we can't speak to each other.....
This guys didn't look for beeing open for any discussions and our renting company tried their best - ending um a tiny bit less loud.
Anyway, we survived and learned a lot
haha I'm cureently in Jamaica and thats a pretty normal thing here everywhere. Spinal Tap Sound Systems all go up to 11 🤣
Yeah - not saying that I don't like to party, but our host wrote us that any kind of party or loud music is forbidden at this place. They even told us this during moving in.
