Hello friends, who share your travel experiences here, I also want to share a beautiful experience I had last year, when I spent a few days in Pinzolo, and discovered this small lake at the foot of the Dolomites.
A less crowded place than usual, probably because this lake is less well known, which is why from my point of view it is the ideal place to take a nice walk.
What I liked so much is the fact that near the lake there is a beautiful hut, made entirely of wood, and even a spam area to relax in nature.
In short, this really seems like the right place to escape the stresses of the city.
What I recommend doing, when you see these places, is to choose some trekking routes, and around this lake there are several, even quite easy and therefore also suitable for children, because many people tell me that children don't want to walk, but this is not true, just choose the right route.
Just think that this refuge has existed since 1933, and has always been run by the same family, which has managed over the years to pass on this passion for hospitality and good food to the new generations that have recently taken over this refuge.
Certainly, the great fortune of this place is to be close to the Brenta Dolomites, which we remember are a UNESCO heritage site.
i had the good fortune to eat at this virgo hut and all i can say is that it is a wonderful experience because you get to taste typical local recipes while admiring the mountains that surround us, or taking a look at the beautiful lake.
As you can see, the interior of the restaurant is very rustic all made of wood typical of these areas, and in my opinion it is this ambience that makes the difference, in these parts you don't find starred restaurants but these beautiful places where you can taste local dishes that many times are worth more.
now, let's talk about this beautiful one, which is more than 1,700 m above sea level, and although it is in the municipality of Pinzolo, it is only a few kilometres from the renowned ski resort of Madonna di Campiglio, in fact a beautiful hike of about 2 km starts from there, which crosses no less than five lakes, including the Nambino lake.
From my point of view, as I told you, this place is suitable for families with children, because here your child can have wonderful experiences in the midst of nature, such as playing in the stream or jumping into icy puddles of water, and if you are very lucky along the way you can even find horses.
nd so, guys, I hope you can see this place and spend some time here in the future, you will certainly come out of here rejuvenated to the max, because nature can only do you so much good.

While the lake sure is beautiful. What I liked about it is the location of it and how it was really attarcting the eye. In the middle of nowhere but yet stunning.
About the hut and having a meal out there does really sound sexquisite. I would definitely go there if I were ever given an option. Like who does not want a getaway from all these sceduled tasks lol.

That place is literally like the movies! It made me think about the Virgin River TV show. The first photo is quite powerful!
