Share Our World: Oregon Coast

in Worldmappinlast month

In September (during HiveFest) I went and celebrated my sister's 50th birthday at the Oregon Coast. We rented a couple of beach houses that were a short walk away from Nesika Beach.

We arrived at the coast in the afternoon and unpacked, made dinner then for sunset we went walking on the beach.

My sister invited friends from all different times and stages in her life and I know and love most of them.

Especially this group. My niece, sister in law, childhood friend, my nephews wife and high school friend!

So funny, after the picture above Jodi and I decided to do a selfie. The wind was blowing a bit. I laughed so hard seeing these pictures.

I look a little like Cousin Itt from the Adams family!

It was a gorgeous night with a beautiful sunset.

A couple of nights later we went out for sunset again. This time it was a COLD! I borrowed a cute jacket and braved the cold.

As we were heading back to the house I got this pretty shot.

I am a morning person and you may be wondering why I didn't walk on the beach in the morning. I was leading yoga classes! It was fun to put together some sequences. I did a Yin Grounding class and a Hatha Crown class.

It was awesome to start the day with yoga and finish with a walk on the beach!

That looks like it was a great time! I love the wildness of the coast...what a great setting and a great group of people.

It really was thanks @tamaralovelace

What a lovely group! It looks like you had a lot of fun, so it was a great program instead of HiveFest 😉 I love those shots from the beach 😍

Hi Martina, It was really great. I would have loved to both!

Was the woman who looked like you your cousin? I thought she is your sister. Everyone is very beautiful. Amazing selfies

Yes, my sister is in a couple of the pictures.
