Today I want you to know a tropical paradise called BOCA DE CANASI located in the province of Mayabeque, on the north coast of Cuba.
Our trip begins one night where I was meeting with my friends, one of them says that he had visited this place a few weeks ago and that 2 nights were not enough for him, he described the place to us and we all wanted to go and out of nowhere we were already Organizing the trip, we checked how many tents we had and at that time where we got food and supplies for the trip. The next day, 7 am, we were all on our way to where very cheap trucks left to take us to the entrance.
From there our journey began with a 4-kilometer walk looking at the landscape, it was our first trip to that place, like any trip, emotion runs through your body, you do not stop looking around you as if it were a new world that you arrived at.
We arrive at the mouth of the river, a magical place between mountains, a small fishing village inhabited the place, I start to remove my suitcases and they tell me that this is not where we camped, they tell me that we have to cross the river, so we all change of clothes and we loaded our luggage on our heads to cross the river on foot. With the help of a local who had a rustic raft made with polyfoam we passed some extremely careful luggage such as cameras, cell phones and food.
Upon reaching the other side, the views were even better, the crystalline blue waters, the weather was perfect and our adventurous spirit was at its peak, we climbed up the side of the mountain where the access was narrow but nothing stopped us, we all helped each other, some scraped knees but we made it through that stretch.
We arrived at the camping site, we set up our tents, some had lunch, others took out the drinks to start the party, some prepared the fire and we quickly settled in.
Many commented that they wanted to stay and live there, that this place was a dream.
Quickly we went to bathe, this place known as La Cazuela, we jumped from the stones with a height of 3 meters, we prepared some charcoal chicken that became my favorite food, I recommend it, there between drinks, laughs and a lot of time on the beach night caught us
The campfire was the center of attention all night where we circled around to play guitar and share among all.
The sunrises are wonderful, we prepare to go fishing, we look for a bait called sea roach, it lives in the stones near the coast
At noon they picked us up in the truck and it was hard to leave, it was such a short time that no one wanted to leave, but we promised that we would return, sometimes you just need to go on a trip, have a good time with your friends and your life restarts life.

@slaicom A wonderful trip. This will be a worth-visit destination during the hot days of summer.
Yes, it is a paradise, and you can enjoy it more if the waves are calm. In the end, leave the location in case you organize a trip one day, regards and live the experience

Hi @slaicom,
Great to see you using the #travelfeed tag! We launched the #travelfeed curated tag more than 5 years ago and have been supporting the best travel blogs on Hive ever since. TravelFeed.io brings together all the benefits of Hive decentralized blogging with features that you as a travel blogger will love: Photo galleries, Instagram embeds, custom maps, post scheduling, automated adding to Pinmapple and more. And if you want, you can even use our easy site builder to set up your own travel blog on your own domain which can be a great way to generate a passive income from your blog!
Unfortunately, focussing on developing the best platform for travelers means that we no longer curate the #travelfeed tag. But, you can log in with your Hive account on TravelFeed.io to publish your next travel post, and it will be posted to Hive automatically! Every day, we select the best posts and reward them with an upvote and added visibility.
We would love to see you on TravelFeed.io soon :)
Thank you very much.
