The snow-capped and solitary mountain with exquisite scenic beauty - Deo Tibba 🏔 (15,000 feet🧗)

in Worldmappin3 years ago (edited)

Hello, my friends!! How are you all doing? I hope everything is fine and your life is sailing smoothly. Hope some great things will happen to you and your family in this new year. ✨
Today I will be sharing some beautiful pictures and my experience from one of my expeditions to Deo Tibba- a beautiful mountain hidden in the Himalayan Mountain range. So I will start by shedding some light on the topography of Deo Tibba.

The beautiful and mesmerizing mountain Deo Tibba is located in the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas. It proudly stands at the steep height of 15,000 feet (6,500 metres) and is one of the highest peaks in the entire region. It lies to the southwest of the famous tourist attraction - Manali. The trek route to reach Deo Tibba has challenging terrain and a lot of international expeditions to conquer the mountain continuously take place in the region.

The majestic Deo Tibba is exceptional from other mountains in its own way. It stands different as it has its own different peak structure. Its summit does not have a pointed ridge but has a plane plateau-like structure on its top. In popular folklore, it is believed that all the Gods gather at the top of the mountain and assemble there for discussions. That's how Deo Tibba got its name. 'Deo' means 'Gods' and 'Tibba' means 'Hill'.

We trekked the mountain on a sunny Monday and we were completely engulfed by the mesmerizing beauty of the place.

The trek begins at a low elevation and you can get a glimpse of the greenery of the place. The place is surrounded by green bushes, plants, and trees.

As you start gaining height, you can observe the lush green mountains covered by pine trees.

As we gained more and more height, we observed the snow-capped mountains which were quite far away from us. It was a beautiful sight.

We gained more altitude and decided to camp at this place for the night. At this moment, we had reached the place having some snow.

The next day, we trekked further and reached a beautiful lake surrounded by colorful and vibrant flowers.

This is a pic that I took when we reached the summit of the mountain. It was like a plane plateau and the beauty of the place was beyond description. After enjoying and spending some good time together, we decided to get back to our base camp and finished our long and arduous journey.

Hope everyone enjoyed my blog.
Thank you for reading so far.
