Hello friends,
I am finally writinf the travel article I have planned for a long time. Actually, there are many places I want you to see. But writing the trip is a little difficult for me. I will carefully try to give you every detail.
Unfortunately, we cannot travel outside the city because of the corona. My husband is very particular about this. The country we live in already has a curfew on weekdays and weekends. We will wait fpr the corona to end completely for our out-of-town and international travels.
We were lucky that we live in one of the most beautiful cities in Turkey. Of course this city is Izmir. Izmir is Turkey’s third largest city. Izmir is a city that should be seen with its mountains, plains, seas and historcal places.
Our stop today is Karapınar Village. Karapınar is a small village in Izmir’s Urla district. It is a very quiet place, as it is only for village people and summer house owners. You can reach this village by turning to Karaburun from the Izmir-Çeşme highway direction. Our journey took an hour and a half as it was evening traffic. We vist often as my husband’s friends have home here.
We usually swim here in summer. We had the mountain hiking experience here for the first time. I only had sneakers with me. We thought it would be more appropriate for me to wear these boots because of the pouring rain.
We came across a donkey during our walk. I think one of the villagers tied donkey here.
We were lucky that the weather was good.
These lilies are endemic plants. Fines are imposed here on those whı collect endemic plants and damage them.
Climbers set their route by placing a red mark on the rocks. Ee followed these red signs too.
We saw a big rock and there were little caves. We didn’t get too close to the caves. It would be foolish to approach the caves when the footprints of wild boars everywhere.
Miracles of mother nature are everywhere.
We saw a spring water and rested here. We sipped our coffees with the sound of water.
Our way back is with sea view.
I hope you enjoy my photos and travel. I haven’t had such a good moment in a long time. It was a walk full of the magnificence of the sky and clouds, the slapsh of the water and the chirping of birds. I left all my negative energy there. I returned to the city saturated with positive energy. Now I’m looking forward to my nearest trip.
Hope to see you in the next post. I wish you all a good week. Take care of yourselves!
