Hello Dora. That's one extremely challenging hike indeed! And I'm not sure if I could cope up with its physical demands. The location there also looks surreal, as if you're venturing into a foreign planet. I'm glad you and your dear companions made it. So, congrats on that adventurous journey! 😊

You are so right. It looks unreal for me when I first saw it. We don't have volcanos in Vietnam so I only saw these landscapes on movies. I actually felt like I was in another planet at that moment. On every steps of my way, I was curious to look at the rock, then the volcanos and then which type of plants are growing there. It was amazing.
