The Square of Sincelejo
Saludos a la comunidad de @worldmappin soy @suisver hoy les voy a presentar La Plaza de Sincelejo ubicada en un municipio colombiano, capital del departamento de Sucre y donde vivo desde hace seis años. Esta plaza es llamada originalmente La Plaza de Majagual muy reconocida por ser un sitio donde se reúnen muchos turistas.
Greetings to the @worldmappin community, I'm @suisver. Today I'm going to introduce you to La Plaza de Sincelejo, located in a Colombian municipality, capital of the department of Sucre, where I've lived for six years. This square was originally called La Plaza de Majagual, well known for being a place where many tourists gather.
Todos los años por esta época navideña la adornan super bacana, las familias, amigos y todos en el pueblo nos sentimos muy emocionados porque todas las noches hay alguna actividad cultural y aprovechamos para salir y distraernos.
Every year around Christmas time they decorate it super cool, families, friends and everyone in the town feel very excited because every night there is some cultural activity and we take advantage of it to go out and have fun.
A veces la Alcaldía del Municipio Sucre organiza eventos con algunas artistas nacionales y también locales, lo que más me gusta son los fuegos artificiales y que puedo tener excusas para sacar a mi novia a pasear.
Sometimes the Sucre Municipality Mayor's Office organizes events with some national and local artists, which I like best without the fireworks and so I can have excuses to take my girlfriend out for a walk.
Hay muchos adornos navideños y muchas luces, en este día vine con una prima, su hija y mi novia, disfrutamos mucho. Los niños corren de un lado a otro muy felices, también venden muchas cosas deliciosas como dulces y comida navideña.
There are lots of Christmas decorations and lights. On this day I came with a cousin, her daughter and my girlfriend, we had a great time. The children run around very happily, and they also sell lots of delicious things like candy and Christmas food.
Solo le compré a mi novia y a mi prima chupetas porque no tenía mucho dinero; ya que, lo había gastado comprándome unos zapatos. Pero para la próxima visita que hagamos a la plaza seguro les compro algo muy rico.
I only bought lollipops for my girlfriend and my cousin because I didn't have much money; I had spent it on buying shoes. But for the next visit we make to the plaza I will definitely buy them something really nice.

La plaza es muy grande y hay árboles enormes y en cada uno de ellos hay múltiples luces que caen como ramas y también vimos muy asombrados un enorme arbolito como de casi cinco metros del altura y tenía como un millón de luces, en otras navidades también colocaban luces pero esta vez había demasiadas. Me siento muy orgulloso de ver la plaza de mi pueblo tan bonita y que podamos disfrutar todos estos días del mes de diciembre de diferentes actos culturales y muchas actividades musicales.
The square is very big and there are huge trees and in each one of them there are multiple lights that fall like branches and we also saw, very amazed, an enormous little tree that was almost five meters high and had about a million lights. In other Christmases they also put up lights but this time there were too many. I feel very proud to see the square of my town so beautiful and that we can all enjoy these days of the month of December with different cultural events and many musical activities.

Y por si fuera poco también colocaron un pesebre para representar el nacimiento del Niño Jesús y las figuras son de tamaño real.

Y aquí estoy yo con mis zapatos nuevos y por salir bien en mis estudios y graduarme de Técnico en Recursos Humanos el Niño Jesús se adelantó y me trajo un IPhone 13 con el cuál tomé todas estas imágenes más bacanas.
And here I am with my new shoes and for doing well in my studies and graduating as a Human Resources Technician, Baby Jesus came forward and brought me an iPhone 13 with which I took all these cool pictures.
