Where do I start? How breathtaking Tops was in daylight?
But before I delve into that, allow me to share the journey I took to get there. I only heard about Tops from my peers and from my friends from Cebu; I totally don't know about it, what place it could be, and what's amazing about it. One night, my mother asked me if I would come with her and her coworkers, and since I don't know any of her coworkers nor do I know what the place looks like, I was not really eager to come a long way with them. Honestly, I wanted to just lay in my bed or go somewhere else with my friends than with my mother's coworkers. Still, mothers have the final say in anything! Kidding aside, I took my brother with me too to be fair and to have someone who I can talk to along our travel.
You know what’s hard about traveling? You have to wake up early! And yes, we did; we woke up at 3 AM to prepare for our travel, took a bath so fast, and I barely ate because I fell asleep after my alarm! I know, I should have immediately gotten off my bed, but I was really sleepy, and anyway, I had to do my make-up in the Van because we were stocked for a while at my mother’s workplace because their workplace is giving them lunch and snacks. Thankfully for that, I did my make-up peacefully while looking at this astonishing view.
Going on, we arrive at Tops at 8 AM. Normally, people would visit Tops for its night lights from the buildings in Cebu, but my mother and her coworkers were built differently! They could have visited Tops at night, but who cares?!

Anyway, to continue, I never imagined Tops could be as lovely in daylight. I may not be able to view the night lights from the buildings as I observed in my research, but I am very satisfied with what I have seen so far. Imagine being above the city and seeing a stunning, quiet, and unforgettable moment in which you can see that being above the city can be relaxing, distant from chaos, as the air embraces your warmth. You can also view the captivating mountains, which made you stop and admire how beautiful they were in green. Is there a better place like this? ˚˖𓍢ִ໋🍃˚.⛰️⋆☁️
In all honesty, I enjoyed my experience at Tops during the day because there weren’t so many people with whom I would be fighting over taking a picture peacefully. I had so many great photographs because there weren't many people around at the time. I really loved snapping shots because of how serene the setting was. Furthermore, the location helps you imagine how life may be when there is calm and beautiful environment in front of you. You just want to live longer and have more experiences like these.
If you wish to travel here as well, Tops offers minibus rides for 200 pesos. You don't have to worry about transportation because 200 pesos already covers a back-and-forth trip and the entrance fee. Where to find their bus? You can find their bus at IT Park Transport Terminal; you can ride it to Tops and vice versa. The first trip leaves at 10 AM, and the last bus leaves at 3 AM. They also have restaurants, so there are many food options available. Of course, Tops is now open 24 hours a day, unlike before, so you may watch the dawn if you like! That would be so charming and stunning, if I were to say! And if you have pets, you may bring them here because Tops is pet friendly; but, there is one thing you should do as a furparent: your furbabies should wear diapers, which I know is simple for you!

I visited Tops in Busay with my family, and the place was truly beautifuland stunning. The warm ambiance, city lights, and the perspective from up there definitely provide a sense of tranquility.
